I just saw on tv commercial that there is a class action suit against ortho evra, a birth control patch.. the reason is becuase it can cause heart attack, stroke, ect. .. so, Here is what I don't get, It says right on the side effects of the drug, may cause ... ect ect. how can they get sued over something that they warned about in the first place? what is US coming to? good grief. so some of you might remember my post about my soundcard on my lappy being busted, and it is intregraded in the motherboard, so i couldn't replace it. it was suggested to get an external soundcard. So thats what i did today. i went and got a mini usb sound card. well, I made it even more ghetto than having some speakers plugged into the soundcard... supplies: -pair of old headphones -usb soundcard -lappy internal speakers so i took my lappy apart. but the internal speaker wires. cut off the speakers to the headphones, connected the headphone jack to the internal speakers, and have that jack coming out the side of my lappy, plugged into the usb soundcard. yeah, it's ghetto. creative, and WORKS!!! so i am happy that i finally have sound back on my laptop. yeah me. .. just thought i wold share.
