I works but, Illegal. I found out by following an Ambulance from Syracuse to Watertown (going to Lake Placid/home) 70mph all the way on State route(2 lane). I bragged to my teamates at the track and one of my fellow Bobsled'tiers was a N.Y. Well, I have 3 kids and I ALWAYS believed that children should be raised NOT to be a pain in the ass to others. Parents feel that the public should tolerate their kids! After a few trips to Toy-R-us, years ago, convinced me that I would NOT let my kids become unwelcome urchins. If kids are a problem I go after the parents. THEY are the responsible party for the child's actions at ALL times.
