I have a Triathalon 190, pack volume is about 420 ci. I am looking to get a second canopy, either a 190 or a 170 sq. ft Sabre2. The 170 packs in at 364 ci where the 190 comes in at 416. The difference with the 170 is about 56 ci. Is this going to be a problem, or can I get away with it. I may just end up getting a second rig - but if switching between canopies in the same container won't be an issue, I would rather go that route for now. I do not plan on downsizing since a 170-190 is where I will probably stay for quite some time. I am reminded of the first American Soldier I took care of that had his arm traumatically amputated. He was sedated and intubated. I had him ready for evac, and his Commander, Colonel type, was looking him over. He told him he was sorry for what happened to him. He asked me if he could pin his Purple Heart to his gown. He wanted to make sure this young (19 years old) Soldier would have it. I remember too many similar stories. I took care of them for a day or two and then put them on the bird to evac to Germany. It is AWESOME to hear how you are doing, and that you are doing well, healing sucessfully, and have an AMAZING attitude. Skydivers drink, that is a fact. Skydivers have sex, this is also a fact. Skydivers as a collective do not do anything any different that the rest of the population - except that we jump out of planes for fun. So many people out there drink, have sex, and watch porn, but it is ok for them to do those things. When skydivers do it, well, shame on us! Make your film, Nichole. I would make it a point to buy it and enjoy it. Put some hot women in sexy lingere and have them do a 4-way, not just one on the ground, either. Maybe that can be your plot. A 4-way team of hot, lingere wearing women who are strippers turn competetive skydivers!!! They work at strip clube to pay for their skydiving habbit. BUt you need romance, too. A female tandem master/instructor gets hot for her tandem student, and to keep seeing her he goes through AFF. People will watch your movie(and I believe that most, if not all will enjoy it), they may still think skydivers are drunk, fornicating misfits. So what? They do the same things we do, they are just ashamed of themselves and scapegoat skydivers to feel better about themselves........ Look to your neighborhood liquor supplier, not the local corner store. Brown Derby comes to mind. I have a bottle of Absenthe, made with petite wormwood. You get the taste pretty much and well trashed from drinking it, but no hallucinations. I pay close to 60 a bottle. Come to think of it, I need to go and get another one.
