Today I start watching what I eat and getting exercise, I hope to by next summer be as fit as I was when I was only 35yrs old. We shall see.... I was extremely fit at 35yrs old BTW. I need to lose 30lbs and look like an anatomy chart. Nothing but hard work and discipline stand in my way.

Nick is a great guy and a Sgt. in the US ARMY (CAV) and is a combat wounded guy (still has all his parts though) pretty well decorated for such a young guy. Anyways I would appreciate it if everyone welcomed him to this sport and to this way of life. He is part of my inner circle of friends and I would expect he be treated as such. Thanks!

I can. You're not being productive if you're searching for useless crap, so why would I allow it. If I were YOUR admin, I would restrict YOU to sites that are only directly involved in your work. The company internet isn't there for you to use for personal reasons, it's for official use... It's no different than using your office copy machine for a personal project. They can restrict and limit how they please, and for whatever reason they want. That should be policy everywhere, it would make an organization at least 70% more productive and also make IT's troubles go away so that when DoS happens they can deal with it on the spot. I would put an IDS between Shah and anything he has access to.

I had a Navy LT come back to me while we were on mission and tell me he needed more bandwidth, and to 'turn it up'. Not to call him an idiot, but we had 2 satcom links up, 4meg up/down on one, 6 down, 2 up on the other, neither were being used past 20%. I've decided I will install a knob with a blinking light, and tell people the faster it blinks, the faster the internet is... that should make them feel better. The vehicles in his direction of travel might have just gotten a green light, if so he might be the only vehicle doing the speed limit already and others are simply slowly accelerating. Hard to say but looking down that road it appear there was a controlled intersection he was traveling away from

Those vehicle may have just pulled onto that road and might not even be up to speed or might be slowing for a turn into an entrance, you cannot tell from the limited view.

We saw a friend (RIP) go past the roof of the hangar (looking upwards over it) with nothing out. Any advice from the older guys that we had was always accepted with gratitude, they were still alive. Same goes in skydiving, if someone has BTDT and lived after many years of doing things that should not have been done, they just might have some good advice. However someone who is older and only has around 10 years in jumping might not have experienced enough to have the same mindset and depth of knowledge to draw upon. If they were also the ones that may have been one of the first to do it, and do it well even better.
