    Sold Out . . . ?

I'm sorry I wasn't more clear. I wouldn't bother posting in this section to show my distaste for some simple 'fun poking'. My post was in reference to Glen's statement to the media. It's a shame that sometimes the idea of what is 'good for the sport' steps on the people who actually love it... The end doesn't always justify the means, but that's just my own outside opinion. Sold Out . . . ?

Agh, yeah that's just what he needs... Stones and glass houses anyone? Aren't you guys supposed to support eachother? And you shed not a single tear for the things that you didn't need 'Cause you knew you were finally free - Death Cab For Cutie
  3. The sound track to Grease. I was probably about 5 at the time and I got it for my birthday. i still have it too. And you shed not a single tear for the things that you didn't need 'Cause you knew you were finally free - Death Cab For Cutie
  4. Jim Wallace (Perris) has 18k+ Omar Alhegelan (Eloy) is probably over the 15k mark by now. I believe our DZO, Phil Onis has over 21,000 and he still jumps every weekend and probably during the week too. 5. The government paid for mine In Aussie they have a first home owners grant, I don't know if it's still around now but it was an incentive in place last year to encourage people to buy their first property. You buy a property for the first time and the government gives you $7,000. Funny how everything I needed seemed to come to $7K Although now that i think about it, just buying a rig would have been a lot cheaper in the long run than buying a house to get a free rig And you shed not a single tear for the things that you didn't need 'Cause you knew you were finally free - Death Cab For Cutie
  6. Yes, I am still illogically afraid of heights I guess, especially stupid heights like 10metres up a wall with a rope and harness securing me, i'm still afraid. I'm trying to beat it though by making myself more accustomed to heights, working through my fear, hopefully i'll be able to kick it one day. Skydiving has helped to an extent, but i still get sweaty palms and that dizzy feeling looking down from lowish heights. 7. Happy Birthday Squeak. i think i'm a little late... but better late than never right.
  8. haha well I figure the best way to kick a fear is just to understand what you're afraid of and then go and challenge it... so instead i'm afraid of the cost of my hobbies! 9. I'm afraid of so much, it's ridiculous, i don't think they're phobias, because they don't stop me from doing things (infact a lot of the time i do things because i'm afraid of them) but i'm definately still really scared of each... REALLY afraid of heights, spiders, drowning or being eaten by a shark, lots of pain, someone taking my life early, losing a loved one, things i don't understand (spirits etc.), wasting my life, becoming incapacitated - mentally or physically... and sometimes the dark in short i'm pretty much scared of everything haha. 10. My choice is what I choose to do And if I’m causing no harm It shouldn’t bother you Your choice is who you choose to be And if you're causin’ no harm Then you’re alright with me - Ben Harper
  11. cool, just remember you've got to bring me two presents, one for christmas and one for my birthday, they're both over the boogie! i dunno how many days i'll be there this year 'cos i'll probably be working over that time but i'm gunna try to make it for a day or so.
  12. Well I do have to say, if i was going to head to a dropzone over that way i'd definately choose York. You guys just don't know how good you have it there, facilities wise. I take my hat off to that. And you shed not a single tear for the things that you didn't need 'Cause you knew you were finally free - Death Cab For Cutie
  13. pffft, kidding? he's proud of his west coast afliction! haven't you heard, he doesn't need Sydney anymore. That's okay Squeak, we understand, if you can't take the heat, get out of the kitchen ...and don't anybody say anything remotely sexist about women and kitchens or else! 15. umm... we've got kangaroos and camels on site! you just can't get that kind of treatment in the US. And you shed not a single tear for the things that you didn't need 'Cause you knew you were finally free - Death Cab For Cutie
  16. That's the same with me! I can't have anything open at all, not even the slightest bit. I make myself yawn when i'm nervous I always eat a banana the exact same way: peel 3 quarters of it, eat down to the peel, peel the rest, take the banana out, turn it upside down and eat the rest from the bottom up. I wont ever ride in the top carriage of the train That's all i can think of, no where near as weird as some people i know. 18. meeting new people is the biggest one for me i think, also hanging out with friends you haven't seen since last boogie, getting to jump and learn from some awesomely talented fliers... and the partying of course hehe And you shed not a single tear for the things that you didn't need 'Cause you knew you were finally free - Death Cab For Cutie
  19. coming out on friday? what's friday? i gotta work tomorrow as usual. is there something on that i'm missing? i think i've been to the dz twice in the past 2 months or something, i'm clearly out of the loop haha. was going to head up to gloucester this weekend but unfortunately everyone is heading up early so i'm gunna stay in sydney and party on sat night instead. might be at the dz on one of the days though, maybe saturday or monday. 23. i saw it last night at the midnight screening too, i'm not a star wars fan, actually the only other one i've seen was the one made before this one and it was at the midnight screening last time, (and i fell asleep) haha. Can you tell i'm good friends with a star wars fan??! But yeah, this one was pretty good, not that i have much to compare it to but as action type space movies go it was kinda cool. actually even made me want to see the other 4 which is something i never thought i'd say. i'm really tired now though, stupid work getting in the way of my sleeping time. i've got a work movie night tonight too at the same cinema, seeing two films on the one day at the same cinema... people are gunna think i'm some kind of movie nut. at least i'm not seeing star wars again, i guess that's something.
