As stated above, first ask to talk to the Service Manager, and see what they may be willing to work out for you. If that does not work, pay them via credit card (basically in order to get your car back from them) but also inform them that you plan to immediately dispute the charge with your credit card company. This will usually get their attention very quickly. If necessary, take it up with the owner of the business, send him/her a polite letter, outlining your view of the issue, and your view on what should be a fair outcome. Rational arguments go a lot further that venomous ranting (just not as fun). If still no resolution, you can file complaints with various agencies (BBB etc.) and go somewhere else in the future. Do some research online, I don't know what the rules are out where you are, but in California, there are a variety of options available that they convieniently leave off their "courtesy notice" which basically just tells you the way to pay, nothing else about your rights. They tell you if you want to fight it you must appear in court to first schedule a date, then appear in person to fight it. They do not tell you about "trial by declaration, which allows you to fight the entire thing by mail. (Worked for me!) Couple of suggestions. Stand on your right foot in the door, let your left foot trail. (Assuming door is on left side of aircraft) On exit, take your left hand and reach for the end of the wing of the aircraft to help get your body into the relative wind, and look up towards the plane as you exit. Like Lisa said, point your toes, and, relax!

Lucy, my yellow lab let me know that she does not want to be on a leash while I am up on a load. (dog friendly DZ) Came back into the hangar afterwards and found her exactly where I left her, but the leash had been gnawed in half! She is only on leash while I am away, so I tied it back together, and on the next load put her back on it and she did the exact same thing. Guess she was trying to say, Dad, show a little trust!! So the rest of the weekend was no leash, and she was the perfect little angel. Today is our one year anniversary of her adoption from the local humane society as well!!
