  1. While in Malaysia for work day, my co-workers kept commenting on all the bad driving. (It looked alot like the driving in the video posted in this thread). At first I had to agree but then I began to notice a certain beauty in all that chaos and I realized something. The stereo type that asians can't drive is simply not true. In fact, they are amazingly good at it. How else could they drive like that and not get killed.
  2. My apologies if my reply felt like a poke in the eye Nick may have gone a bit over the top. Then again, maybe not. After all, it's a fact that there are plenty of "me Monkeys" in BASE these days. Some of them are really nice people just trying to keep from getting real jobs. Others seem to have a rare form of attention deficit disorder in that they feel that not enough people are pay them enough attention. Personally, I waste no time on the later Ask your self this question. Given our nations ever expanding desire to regulate it's citizens through legislation, (smoking bans, trans fat bans, bans on walking through intersections with head phones on etc), is anything he said really that far outside the realm of possibilities? If not, then how will those who laughed feel when Nicks chickens actually come home to roost? As to the other reasons you started this thread, I've no opinion or comment. Sorry if I hijacked your thread. Carry on Kevin
  3. Fools are often heard laughing when wise men speak.
  4. [ What, no ice cream? Wll there is cream but that cums later
  5. Included in the package with every loving dog is one really sad day. No getting around it. For all the years of loving companionship dogs provide, I think its still a bargin,
  6. QuoteIt has been jumped multiple time successfully since then. reply] I didn't know that. I guess that just shows how far out of the loop I really am. k
  7. I think yes. Is the place your talking about up river from a popular over look? If so, then yes it has been jumped buy a guy named Larry March back in the early 90's. The jump went badly for him resulting in injuries which lasted the rest of his life. Be careful. K
  8. Is it me or do you smell something funny
  9. Having never been to South Africa perhaps I don't really know about real crime, but here in AZ, dogs do quite nicely. O.K. enough about dogs. What ever happened to the shows Extreme machines and the Ultimate guide. Those where great shows. I gave up on Discovery back when ever other show began to be about the FBI.
  10. Thats an easy one. How about a sense of regret.
  11. You may be correct but think about who your average burglar is. He is some one who wants things the easy way. He doesn't want to work for what he wants. If he did, he'd get a job. Also, he doesn't have the guts for a face to face robbery so, he chooses to take with out being seen. For this he wants privacy. Privacy he will not get with a dog trying to tear him a new one. Not to mention the commotion the neighbors will hear. I believe that your average run of the mill scum bag will just move on to an easier target. One with out all the hassle. In fact, both of my neighbors on either side of my house have been robbed while away. My house on the other hand has never been touched. Neither of my neighbors have dogs but we have 3 very large dogs ranging from 140lbs to 165lbs. Trust me. no burglar wants to mess with that kind muscle when their are easier pickings to be had just a few yards away
  12. You want to talk about shity shows? How about It takes a thief. Where else could a crack head low on dough get such wonderful tip and tricks to break into peoples homes and steal their shit. That show makes me sick. In the end they always offer some lame security system to the home owner so they could avoid getting ripped off in the future but do they ever offer the very real security that only comes from having your very own fur covered razor blade standing guard 24/7. I think not. Nothing turns away burglars quite like good ol' Fido

    Fun ride

    Hell yea. Where is it?
  14. These days, I work for the rail road and I can say that while this may seem like a nothing more than great thing to do while still a juvenile, I can assure you that it is not. Consider this. What if they had encountered an on coming train? No doubt, they most likely would have killed the other crew and in doing so devastate their families. How would my wife and child feel if I died for some thing as senseless as a joy ride. Further more, Lets say for example that my train is loaded with Hazardous material (as they often are) and several cars derail as a result of this stupidity. How many people in the surrounding area would have died or been displaced from their homes. How disastrous would the environmental impact be? For the answer, you'll need to look no further than the recent news from Kentucky and Tennessee. Both states experienced major incidents resultng in loss of life and property as a result of derailed trains just this week alone. Sorry for getting all serious.
  15. All the music I have in real player was recorded years ago and, when I recorded it, I didn't know what player I should have used. Now years later, I've lost many of the CDs that I used to copy the files and I'm kind of stuck with the songs on my computer copied in real player. As for your question about how the files are copied, I simply don't know. I a bit behind when it comes to being computer savy
  16. I've notice that I can't copy any songs to my IPod Nano that were previously recorded to my computer in real player. I understand that the two formats, real player and Itunes, are not compatable, but, is there a way to get around that? Are there any hacks or software on the web that will help? Thanks Kevin
  17. Actually, he was wearing it durring the rope swing
  18. I saw that same guy do beat box using the same time line editing method on a TV show called the fizz. It was equally impressive. The show "the fizz" is show of random videos people and nut jobs uploaded to the web. Check it out
  19. I remember that guy. I think he had that problem at Eloy one day if I remember correctly. Damn near killed him
