So there IS a benefit to having dz.com being 80% male... it means that the poll will eventually say "yes, post it" also, the poll is a sacred thing... you must do what it tells you! MB 3528, RB 1182

he needs to make one with a cat... so that the cat follows the mouse. har har. or he could make one with a naked woman MB 3528, RB 1182

My triathalon opens ok... it opens fairly slowly (500 ft openings), but it always does a quick dive to the right when the slider comes down. I roll the three cells to the right and left of the center cell in the nose together, then shove it all in. I think the best feature of the old triathalons is the type of zp fabric they use... its zp, but it feels like f111, so its easier to pack. MB 3528, RB 1182

I think it might be some type of combonation of adrenaline and dehydration. Both of those can cause nausea, but so can motion-sickness. Do you get motion sickness at other times? Such as sea-sickness, or car-sickness? MB 3528, RB 1182

killer cows (I could have used the Aggie's help)
bch7773 replied to EricTheRed's topic in General Skydiving Discussions
of course, if the cows have horns, and they have calves, and you are between the calves and cows, then its a whole different ballgame... trust me on this one MB 3528, RB 1182 -
you know they are going to pretend somehow that God actually was being nice to them... something like: "The devil tried to destroy our stage with wind, but the lord stopped it enough so that nobody was killed! Praise the lord!" MB 3528, RB 1182

Halten dein Mund! Sprech nicht mehr jetzt in dem "Silent thread"!

the picture of your bum is in the womens forum, right? (stampede of men enters womens forum) also, I couldn't say this in that particular thread of course, but Sue and Vanilla are both hot! MB 3528, RB 1182

I used to drive really fast... 85 in a 65 all the time. However, two tickets really changed my mind, and now I try to keep within 5 mph of speed limit. also, I drive a nissan sentra MB 3528, RB 1182

thats exactly how one of our pilots explained it. He said seatbelts in a C-182 is mostly so we don't bounce against the pilot or the controls, either of which could really screw up a crash landing. MB 3528, RB 1182

Or if you are cheap like me, and didn't want to spend $20 for a peice of paper saying A license, just make a copy of the actual sheet your instructors signed off and stamped, and bring that. It's just as good. MB 3528, RB 1182

you mean skydivers work? wow, then I'm doing this skydiving thing all wrong here. MB 3528, RB 1182

me too... although since many of the offending posts were edited or deleted, there might not be a lock. MB 3528, RB 1182

I haven't gotten mine... skymama and I must have pissed off our mailmen somehow. I knew I shouldn't have shot mine with that bb gun. MB 3528, RB 1182

I like where this is going... MB 3528, RB 1182

I'm surprised that theres quite a few phds in skydiving. I assumed that adrenaline junkies would all be high school or BA, maybe masters at best. well, I learned at least one thing today. better than most days. MB 3528, RB 1182

This does sound like she had some sort of medical problem... I can't imagine someone with 100 jumps doing that, and then asking "where's my main?" or maybe she is just one of those people who's brains shut down when they get scared. MB 3528, RB 1182

I show our design up by 50 votes. also, this looks like its just a newspaper poll. It looks like we may be doing all this voting for nothing... I don't think the newspaper gets to officially pick the new design. MB 3528, RB 1182

I'm not trying to hijack here, but someone told me that the oxygin was made of carbon-fiber, and the Z1 wasn't. He said this means that the Z1 will protect you much less in an injury, and it will crack easier. Has anyone found this to be true? Has anybody's Z1 cracked from just a minor bump on the door or something? MB 3528, RB 1182
