2 pointstrump readies thousands of attorneys for election fight. Dozens of lawyers from three major firms have been hired. Thousands of volunteer attorneys and poll watchers across the country have been recruited." A politician decides he needs in-house counsel, so he interviews a young lawyer. “Mr. Peterson,” she says. “Would you say you’re honest?” “Honest?” replies Peterson. “Let me tell you something about honesty. Some friends lent me $85,000 for my education, and I paid back every penny the minute I tried my first case.” “Impressive. And what sort of case was that?” “My former friends sued me for the money.”

1 pointGiven the number of times the parties have switched platforms your comment is meaningless

1 pointIf there is one concept that this close vote indicates. Its that the democrat platform is too radical for too much of America. Or that the democrat agenda needs to have more education and a better sell associated with it. The frustration of voters such that they remain with trump. Overlook $6T in deficit spending and covid mismanagement. Has been severely underestimated. Corruption of the vote and the state and the electoral college only goes so far. The indifference in voters in their personal efforts to thoroughly understand complex issues. Only goes so far. Assuming Biden wins. He should directly seize the issues that brought trump support. That would include China trade and others. The fact that this was not a blue wave in the face of trump's personal corruption is too obvious to ignore.

1 pointnothing to feel foolish for. even if i can not agree with most of the stuff you post, your wish is legitimate, and i think many people go for the same

1 pointThank you. Support for our family comes in many forms and I'm grateful for yours.

1 pointIt's not like people have to choose one election to vote for. It's one of the few occasions where voting twice (once in each different election) is good. Skydiving isn't much of a 'thing' for me right now, this year will have my lowest jump total ever (other than 'zero' before I started). Doesn't mean it won't be in the future. Doesn't mean I don't care about USPA.
-
1 pointSkydiving may not be a thing for you these days, but for 40,000 USPA members it is. Besides, after tomorrow the "real election" will be over. The USPA election goes on through the end of the month.

1 pointI voted for Melissa Lowe. She will help stop the USPA BOD from wasting anymore USPA Members money on the failed building of the International Skydiving Museum building. This is NOT about the "skydiving hall of fame", it's about a building that has no location or plan and no money, other then USPA Members. Our USPA money would be more productively invested in Airport Access and the USA Team's.

1 pointIn 2016 you guys foisted perhaps the most loved/hated female in politics. You could have only done better with perhaps a Pelosi. And you were surprised that she lost. This time you put an old man who is nearing senility. I think voting will be between Trump and a possible Harris Presidency with Pelosi as Vice. I wouldn't celebrate just yet.

1 pointFortunately for me, my misanthropy has finally become an asset.
