Just for general info - there are organizers for all
interests and experience levels. If someone shows up
and doesn't know anyone - ask at manifest. They will put
you in touch with people.

This time of year is huge, usually 3+ otters flying back to back. So if you feel lost, take it upon yourself to do this. You will meet and jump with people and have a good time.
