What's in your CD Player (playlist)?

Recommended Posts

:)Honestly: In my Alpine cartridge in rear of the Turbo wagon:
1-BUZZ POETS(WFFC 2001)
2-Newzboys
3-"So..I married an Axe Murderer" sound track
4-Switchfoot (from Perris Valley)
5-P.O.D.
6-Charlie's Angels 2000(sound track)
I would probably have counrty and hip hop too but, that's only 'cause I'd like to BOINK "Pink" and ALL of the modern COunrty music women!!:P(One at a time & thoroughly, from the bottom of my heart.
"F"ing shame they were stupid enough to leave out Prodigy's most excellent "Smack my Bitch Up")it got some good tunes for skydive videos.

Since you asked what is currently in the player I checked and this is it....

Cowboy Junkies - Trinity Session

I don't own it, but this is an awesome album! One I must get someday, just for their version of 'Blue Moon'

Women and cats will do as they please, and men and dogs should relax and get used to the idea.

Today's listening:

The Velvet Underground - 1969 Live
Cornershop - When I Was Born For The 7th Time
Gomez - Liquid Skin
Death in Vegas - The Contino Sessions
Fatboy Slim - Better Living Through Chemistry

I have a good selection of music at work in MP3 format, so I just throw stuff in the playlist and either shuffle or go album by album, depending on mood.

My PDA/MP3 player/photoviewer/AVI player...okay I'm a gadget freak....

Mostly has Dido, Floyd, and John Martin on it today.

KMFDM - Attak
Delerium - Poem
Conjure One - Conjure One
Balligomingo - Beneath The Surface
Evolution - Unnatural Selection
Hive - Bedlam
Numerous Global Underground and Global Underground: Nubreed mixes along with various misc. stuff by Oakenfold, Digweed, Dave Ralph and Sasha.
If it's readily consumable by the masses, odds are, I don't have it.

Maynard rocks! Love that song, Chameleon

Right on! You've heard the original, though, right? It was done by Herbie on his HeadHunters album. If you liked Maynard's version of that, then listen to La Fiesta, The Fox Hunt, Fire Shaker, Malaquena, Birdland...well, this list could go on and on, I dig that style of trumpet playing.B|

Ween

OMG! Another Ween fan! Push The Little Daisy's rocks!

In heavy rotation in my car right now I have:

Linkin Park (both of them)
Puddle of Mud - Come Clean
Coldplay - Parachutes
Orbital - Work
Train - Drops of Jupiter
Dave Matthews Band
Sarah McLachlan
Tori Amos
NIN
Depeche Mode
The Cure
and various jazz, blues, and ambient.
On the Dave Matthews, NIN, Cure, Depeche, Tori and Sarah I didn't list albums because I have all their released songs. Damn, I love my iPOD MP3 player!
