  1. If your a PT or a kinesiology major i have a quick question. for my applied kinesiology class, im supposed to take a movement, and explain the muscles used to make that movement. I chose to do my project on the stages of flaring. Do you know what Core muscles are used to make this movement? (prime movers etc.) any information will help.

Im looking for a d-box to fit a Jvc with the dimensions of: 1 1/3" (43mm), 4 1/16 (115mm) and 3 3/16 (80mm). the camera is a little bit smaller than the pc-1. do you guys think it will fit in a medium drop-in box D-box? thanks, and any other suggestions will help.   10. the camcorder is retailed at 1500. but i was fortinate to get it for 300. i took jayhawkjumprers advice and epoxy glued a step ring to the camera. i can now mount a wide angle lens to it. woohoo. thanks for the offer wingut, its people like you that make this place rock.
