So, You hit a mega lottery

Recommended Posts

Since money problems are the primary cause of failed marriages I'm not sure I understand why suddenly having a substantial surplus of money would suddenly result in the dissolution of a otherwise good relationship.

If the relationship was already on the rocks then that's another story all together...

as for me I would probably stay with my great girlfriend we'd just go on more vacations to fun places to skydive and both of us would likely have a lot more camera equipment.:)

Livin' on the Edge... sleeping with my rigger's wife...

i dont have a SO,so i would prolly stay single forever at that point..who could i trust after that?

but i would build a house with a 18 foot wind tunnel running thru the center of it...and have INSANE parties there...

new world record would be set right outside my living room!

Your relationship would be just fine if just you didn't tell her. B|

That might work if she was hidden away in some cellar with no contact with the outside world. A mega-millions lottery winner ain't gonna accept the winnings quietly and anonymously.

Hell, if I won the lottery, I'd blow this house up and build a brand-spanking-new state of the art log home for starters!

As for how long a marriage lasts, it all depends on whether you and the spouse are on the same page with how to use the money.
