Transparent parachute

I want a transparent parachute & rig. Where can I buy one?

Imagine:

- you pull and appear to be flying in the air with no support
- you can check pins just by looking
- airport security won't give you hard time ever
- you can see mold inside if you packed wet canopy and left it for a month
- when you cutaway, you can visually check that cable cleared the housing
- when you pack, you appear to be having sex with the floor
- when you jump naked, you look completely naked

I can only think of advantages of a transparent parachute!!!

At PIA _ Symposium 99, Sunpath Products had a Javelin, harness-container on display (only). It was made of clear plastic. One of Sunpath's employees had made it specifically for the Symposium. I cannot think of any material that would be transparent and hold-up to the stress of packing and etc.

you want a wonderwoman chute, hehe

our composite canopies are translucent, you can sort of see clouds through then when you look up...

for fun we did build a canopy once out of clear mylar and adhesive tape. we flew it twice (landed it once)

let me tell you it is very, very freaky to be flying a clear canopy.

Made of transparent plastic, like the stuff cypres AAD control units is made of ; only a bit thicker

The rig was probably safe to jump tho wouldn't have been too hard wearing! Really it was just for a raffle competition......."how many parts in a Javelin"....the answer was x any guesses?
