  1. Since it is your son's possible offspring, "PopPop" works. Wouldn't work for me, though. lisa WSCR 594 FB 1023 CBDB 9

  5. Half that big makes car dealers scurrying for cover. Dent Dent Dent. It takes a bit (a lot) more to break a windshield, but the car is ripply, and body work is much more expensive than replacing the windshield. put the car you care about the most inside the garage tonight lisa lisa WSCR 594 FB 1023 CBDB 9
  6. This is timely, because today, in Annapolis, MD, I was right behind a silver Tesla. Very attractive! It got a few looks, but then the lookers realized what was making the noise they saw me (red Z06, straight pipes) If I was going to go electric (with this as the option), It wouldn't take much arm-twisting. I am a favor of high-speed low-drag whether it is silent or very loud. lisa lisa WSCR 594 FB 1023 CBDB 9
  7. That awkward erection will go away, but you will have to buy a new pair of pants for the other option. Rather quickly Odd question. lisa WSCR 594 FB 1023 CBDB 9
  8. None of this matters as much as whose responsibility it is to change the darn roll: 1. the person who used the last sheet. 2. the person who needs to start the new roll. Not using the last sheet that is glued to the roll doesn't count lisa WSCR 594 FB 1023 CBDB 9
  9. Just to put a little road bump here, the only thing I know for sure is May 21 will be the 33rd anniversary of my first jump
  10. "I agree. Which is why I think we should just rid of gen eds and core curriculum entirely in college studies. There's a time and a place for general education- its called high school. I've only been out of college for two years now but I feel that gives me enough perspective to say that the music appreciation, history and art classes that I was forced to take while I was studying for my engineering degree were a complete waste of my time and money. That time would have better been spent taking more technical electives. I say finish up the general studies in high school and leave college for things that will actually train me for my chosen career." I couldn't agree more! My son is currently at a school called Full Sail which does away with the bullpucky, and in 22 months at 40 hrs a week will give him a B.S. in Game Development. A minimum of extraneous classes, and he will end up with a hardcore degree in programming, with an emphasis in game dev., and a portfolio to boot. The current college system is broken and needs to be revamped on a wide scale. lisa WSCR 594 FB 1023 CBDB 9

  13. Being nice, considerate, or thoughtful is always appreciated. What's going on, that you would get to the point that you would think that those are ulterior motives? The only reason to see a shrink for this condition is too find out why you have been conditioned to think that being horrible is preferable to being nice. lisa lisa WSCR 594 FB 1023 CBDB 9

  20. That works both ways (man vs woman). My husband did 20 years, is now retired USMC. At its worst, We were apart 25 of the 36 months we were stationed in Hawaii (highly overrated) and I had a baby whilst he was in the middle east at war. But my journey is a piece of cake compared to Navy Wives. I don't know how they do it. Their men are never home at all. lisa lisa WSCR 594 FB 1023 CBDB 9
