Umm, nothing as cool as yours, and mine could be actually be some sort of an nightmare rather than a dream. I really don't remember much of it as it's quite long time ago I "saw" this, but I'll do my best. Okay here we go. (Dreammode ON) I was B.A.S.E. jumping with my friend and had lots of fun during the day, and it was cool that we didn't need to climb to the mountain all the time (hey, it was a dream :) and we could spend more time on jumping. Then on a one jump, I was doing a tracking jump and everything went fine, until I found myself way too low, I think it was somthing like 100ft or so, and realised that I had my skydiving rig instead of a base rig and thought hell this thing won't open quickly enough to save me, well, it did. I woke up. (Dreammode OFF) I'd say quite an dream since I've never been B.A.S.E. jumping. :) j.

Oh, could you take her to my DZ? :D No really, at least at our DZ if someone looks new there'll be plenty of people talking to him/her, and trying to persuade to jump. j.

Hmm, I had seen couple of video clips of skydiving, and the skydivers seemed to always have fun. :D So I tried, and still doin' it. j.

Now what's wrong with that? I have almost all the jumps that I have jumped on video, and I'm not going to erase them just because jump didn't go to well. They are good memories you know. :) I'm not embarrased if someone laughs when he/she sees my jumping videos, as we've all been there, and those who haven't jumped, I just say try it yourself, makes them usually quiet. j.

Congrats you're still here. It may sound easy to chop the main and pop the reserve, but I have always been thinking what if the canopy spins like mad, it isn't easy stabilize after that. j.

Oh, that's the reason. I have been thinkin' that for a long time. Is it somehow relative, bigger butt, less they have depth perception? :)

Probably pulling my chute open while still on back to earth position. Really, that was one of my first free fall jumps, exit was fine, body position was fine, until I grabbed the handle, and felt that I'm going to spin, but I already had pulled the handle. Next thing I see is pilot chute coming right next to my head, and right after that the bag. First time I see how it really works. :) Didn't have much time to think anything else but this is gonna hurt. Well, I didn't, nothing but nice strips on my neck as the risers kinda bitch slapped me. j.

Hell, I didn't like it. :) I had about an month brake of jumping, and then on the first jump after that, exit from 9000ft, and I was a bit over 3000ft looked down to the earth, I got freaking scared, I was sure I'm going to hit the ground, checked the alti, but still like an reflex pulled the chute open. Canopy was open at exactly 3000ft, so I guess it was something like 3400ft when I pulled. j.

Yeah... when you just thought you had survived the jump, then fall from the shift just before you got up.

That is nuts. :) Really, to get into terminal velocity you need to jump quite high, and I guess it is hard to spot the jump so that you hit the hole, not the wall. Sliding might make it even worse, you might hit the hole just to find out the wall of the cave in your face. .j
