  1. Awesome...congrats! I think I get just as excited as my students when I solo them!!! Did your instructor cut out the back of your shirt??
  2. Where's my name on that list? I think this must be my first post in well over six months.....
  3. "so where is it in the FARs that the Mile High is 86'd?" Its not.
  4. Man, I havent been on dz.com in a couple weeks. Been flyin my ass off, so I just heard about this this morning. I'm surprised I havent seen the vid, but dont know that I care to. I met Lee for the first time a weekend or two before memorial day- I was out at DeLand to do my recurrency jump. He introduced himself and we talked for a few minutes until I had to leave. He was a really cool guy. I was supposed to do the jump with him the next day, but plans changed and I didn't get back out there. I stopped in at DeLand on memorial day weekend to check out a rig, and saw Lee, but didn't get a chance to talk to him. I wish I had gotten to jump with him that day. Well, it was very nice meeting you Lee...blue skies forever bro. -Marshall "If I could be like that, I would give anything, just to live one day, in those shoes..."
  5. Well, I almost bought a rig this weekend...twice...but hey, almost doesn't count, right? "If I could be like that, I would give anything, just to live one day, in those shoes..."
  6. 0:0:0 ....and I'm back in FL now- how freakin pathetic is that? I have been doing some studying...but thats no excuse! "If I could be like that, I would give anything, just to live one day, in those shoes..."
  7. ...until I begin my trek back to FL. I'll be leaving next Sunday night (the 12th) after the "relative work" involved with Mother's Day. Probably be arriving in Daytona on Monday evening to stay with some friends till Friday. DEFINITELY plan to be jumping at DeLand on Tuesday and Wednesday and maybe Thursday. Friday I go to Vero Beach (where I'll be livin'). I'll wear my dz.com T-shirt around, so if any of you are at DeLand on those days you can find me. Its been a few months since I've jumped, so I'm looking forward to getting back in the game, checking out new DZ's, and hopefully meeting some more dz.commers! 8. Awesome!! I did 3 of my AFF levels with Pine- cool guy!
  9. I think we should not answer that question anymore and let people find out for themselves.
  10. Except us pilots! "If I could be like that, I would give anything, just to live one day, in those shoes..."
  11. Come on y'all, at least wait till Clay gets on here to defend himself... "If I could be like that, I would give anything, just to live one day, in those shoes..."
  12. Maybe I'll run into you at DeLand. I move back to FL in less than two weeks- I'll be spending a couple of days in Daytona and jumping at DeLand hopefully. Best of luck on your AFF!!!!
