I used to have that problem. I would drink 5-6 cups of coffee a day and have soda as well. I cut out the soda and reduced my coffee to one travel mug for my morning commute. The rest of the day I drink tea. It'll help with the caffeine withdrawal but is a lot better for you. I'd say 2-3 cups of coffee isn't bad. Try natural sweeteners like Agave nectar. Cut out the soda.
