Despite Bettman, these entire playoffs have been awesome to watch! Very entertaining, edge of your seat kind of stuff for the hardcore and casual hockey fan alike. The WINGS! will certainly need to work hard to keep the cup! Best of all, our boys in Detroit are again raising the spirits of a town that hasn't had much to be happy about lately.

Mickey is great, not so sure he's un-biased though. He created a lot of chatter last Friday on Detroit's morning radio. Apparently at the end of game 7 (Ducks) when the officials were adding 3 some odd seconds to the clock he was overheard saying "What the sh*t is this?!?!" during the live broadcast on FS-D. IMO, yesterday's game was alot closer than the final score would indicate. The "WAR of I-94" is going to be another good one!!! aloha.

You should be very proud brother! The Ducks really made the Wings work for it and gave this Detroiter some hair pulling moments. I personally am looking forward to watching Hiller's career blossom--WOW. I'm sure I'll regret saying this, but it's honest; the pending series against Chicago feels kind of anti-climatic to me. aloha.

Ducks/Wings 7 Good game!! A real nail-biter at times. By far it was the loudest crowd I've heard in the 4 playoff games I've attended at Joe Louis Arena this spring. Helm, Hudler, Samuelsson, Cleary. Unless you're an avid hockey follower, these names aren't really well known outside of Detroit. Last night was just another testimony to the Wings depth. Depth that's critically needed at a time when Detroits' "stars" are exhibiting such lackluster playoff performances. IMHO, it would have been a much shorter series if Getzlaf, Perry and Niedermayer were as non-productive as Detroit's big guns have been in these playoffs. That said..... GO WINGS !!! I read somewhere in the past that the wild turkeys' eyesite is so acute that it can see the motion of the minute hand on a clock. I came across a tom while pheasant hunting in Michigan years ago (wrong season). I've yet to try hunting them. CONGRATS!! and enjoy the reward of all your hard efforts! Pics?? Edit: typo aloha.

I'm going down to the game this Sunday. My MOTHER is a bit miffed that I'll miss her dinner but... priorities..ya know? The series is right where it should be...an even match (as predicted). After game 3, it was good to see that the only person who "lost sight" of Hossas' puck was Hiller. aloha.

I hope he's ok as well. I gotta believe it's a bit of divine Karma though. I was in row 7 at game 1 and he was just a little bitch that night. Getting away with all kinds of dirty sh*t behind the camera the entire game. And he's from Detroit...lol. aloha.
