  3. reminds me when i was a volunteer fireman. we were asked to show in a children tv show doing our "thing"... showed up with our big red truck, all geared up, ready to show off... all they could come up with as a "fire" was something you won't even have to pee on in order to put out but it was for the kids, so... although we felt like setting the whole studio on fire, just for the fun of it... 17 Hours.

i have to say getting stuck in amsterdam for 2 days with no hotel room. i was visiting a friend in brussles, and had a flight from amsterdam to athens. just my luck, there were 3 huge conventions and not even a single hotel room in all of holland... i've put my things in a locker and played homeless anyway, first night was spent drunk in a club, the following morning sleeping on a bench in the central train station... then i've met some nice (drug dealing) friends behind Dams sq. because a policeman (on bicycle) told me i cant stay on my bench to sleep second night i just roamed the streets until it was time to catch my flight... could have ended better if AlItalia hadn't sent my suitcase to Rome instead of athens amsterdam is a great city, awesome people, and comfortable benches O "Carpe diem, quam minimum credula postero."

  18. some background: after 4 stormy/windy weekends i was planning a busy weekend at the Dz. the story: some baloons were still hanging around the office, left from the new years party. one of them was on my cubicle wall about 6 feet high. in a moment of boredom, i just HAD to see if i'm still as flexible and accurate as i was when i was kickboxing.. well , guess what ,,, i'm not . or to be more specific, my aim was 1 inch too low... the baloon was hit, and with it went the top corner of the cubicle wall , and a small part of my leg... it didnt hurt that much at first, so i was hoping i could go and maybe land on my left leg . sadly, i woke up this morning with a swollen ankle, in a nice shade of purple
