Concur. The OP didn't say that he was experimenting with his throws. He said when he "tends" to throw it one way or another. I used to go to the pool, before we had the tunnel in Raeford, and I would practice rfom sit, to moving however I needed to, to get to the HD position. Although hydrodynamics, are directly proportional to aerodynamics, the pool is slow, and for poor people, like me. I did have success with it, as I used the same body motion to go rfom the sit under the water to the HD position, as I do in the air still to this day. I can transition just fine in front of anyone, or a spaceball all form what I did, developing muscle memory in the pool. Wade

Hey you all...this one may seem stupid, but I cannot help but wonder. Lately I have tried some different levels of throwing power with my pilot chute, and have been getting some different openings too. When I tend to throw my PC out kind of weak, and half-assed, I usually get a longer, more smooth-like opening for some reason, but when I throw that muther out like I am burning through 2K, then I get an off heading, and fast opening each time. Is this just me removing all doubt that I am retarded>?

I learned at Emerald Coast Skydiving, and you all metnioned alot of familair things about this great man! I was a Marine stationed in Pensacola, where I was learning to be an Avioncs Technician for Jets. I ran the McGuiers 5 K, and as I said, made my first jump, and left with 60. This hurts to see someone go that I know where he learned and jumped. God bless you! Wade
