  1. i started jumping at 16. i was Fucking terrified. i wasn't old enough to do a tandem so i stated an IAD program... One thing my Instructor made me do to relax was he made me sing happy Birthday to myself as i climbed out on the strut of the Cessna 182. I actually worked and my body position was flawless. If your planning on becoming a student i highly recommend this method... if your doing a tandem.... Hell, maybe Your TI will sing to you :) good luck. Blue Skies to ya...
  2. Ha! with the way things go for me i wont be that lucky. i think i will stick to the bitting my toung but as soon as i graduate airborne school im gunna ask Sgt. Airborne if he wants to do a two way :) :)
  3. I am leaving for my Basic Training for the Army (active Duty) in august. I want to have my B license before i leave. I am going air borne and i find it funny that for three weeks i will be doing static line jumps. This should prove interesting. i have been jumping since i turned 16 and it will be fun to watch everyones nerves so high when they're doing the basics...
  4. 2008- Boulder SkySports. I was 16, Jumped a Manta 280. ( i only weighed 118!) out of a cessna 182. I was more scared of the plane ride then i was letting go of the strut. I had 4 line twists and after my canopy opened it took me neerly 8 minutes to touch the ground. I actually began to gain altitude because my chut was soo big. Winds were about 12 miles an hour... it was quite a trip...
  5. haha well you know... every family has a nut...
  6. so you think vegas would be a good place to go after i get my A?? i would like to start traveling with my dad to Other drop zones and meet new people.. also do you know if they have an age requirement?? alot of drop zones seem to not accept jumpers under the age of 18. Thats another snag i need to aviod if possible
  7. Soo... is that why you've been ignoring me? or is it something I did? Im really sorry to hear about your Job. But your a good guy and im sure you can find another one... Maybe not working on dvr's but you'll figure something out... Brian, I am your friend. I wish you would talk to me.... XoXo -Krystal
  8. my nest jump is saturday depending on the weather...if the winds go over 12mph Randy wont let me jump because i dont weight enough to go against them.... lol
  9. I'm sorry...that post wasn't exactly directed towards you... Just the people on here that constantly doubt me... And bout the text writing... [[ This Is For Everyone Reading This]] I'm really sorry but in MY school they make us write all our papers by hand...so i'm not exactly use to computers when it comes to writing and it just seemed easier to write shorter but ill try to watch how i write from here on out.
  10. you got that right! there is way more drama on here then there is in highschool.
