I second everything just said - I needed some advice pretty quickly today so emailed lisa - reply back within an hour and very helpful it was too!!! And lisa - if i ever do get over there i will no doubt be dragged kicking and screaming into the shop by my credit card which seems to have a mind of its own these days.....

All you motorcycle people. What did you start riding on?

Frist bike was a Yamaha Fazer (600) had that for about 6 days before i wrote it off but now have an SV650S abd love it. Would recommend one to anyone. Never try to eat more than you can lift -
I'm in a similar position on a skymaster 230 - I can make it turn if i hang all my weight off one, but i need to book a date in the diary first! Never try to eat more than you can lift

Looks like a good workout Dave - I'm only a newbie so have no idea of the stress a TM goes through but I am writing some similar workouts for elite surfers currently. The only thing i would stress, ESPECIALLY for people who maybe don't work out much, is to finish this at least 48 hours before you jump the first few times to let your body recover, and stretch a lot, otherwise the risk of muscle/ tendon/ ligament damage will increase rather than decrease. Molto respecto for you TM's carting around passengers though!! Never try to eat more than you can lift

Hey there, I have windsurfed for about 10 years and now teach kitesurfing - kitesurfing is much easier to get to a decent level at. (I also think its a lot more fun becaus it is easy to play in 3 dimensions rather than just 2) If you want to know anything about kitesurfing drop me a PM and I'll do my best to help out. I'm in a similar position to Kelly - and i read this post with interest. A couple of people have said there are positions which it is harder to get back to belly. I can do back or front flips and stuff like that, but how can i do a drill to get myself into a position from which it is a bit harder to get stable again? (flailing?) (Obviously I will try this high to make sure i have plenty of time to sort myself out) Sorry to hijack the thread but i thought its kind of relevant. Never try to eat more than you can lift

Rock climbing is one thing - carry an inhaler and you can probably deal, but scuba is something completely different. Very dry air 20m under the surface might not be the best idea, i know people who have been turned down by their doctors because of it, and its not somewhere you want to be if you have an attack. BTW, I'm no expert and am not asthmatic so don't take my word for anything! Never try to eat more than you can lift

No and unfortunately i didn't factor in the cost of the cryogenics so that I can be frozen until they figure out how to get a plane that high as well Never try to eat more than you can lift

Some help would be appreciated guys! In MS word i'm trying to add a printed watermark to some pages of a document and not to others, yet it seems to be all or nothing. If anyone has a way to do this i'd be eternally grateful!!! Cheers Dave Never try to eat more than you can lift

Hmmm, debatable. A lot of less edited stuff but essentially the same material. Having said that I liked watching it because a lot more was in real time. i'm still pretty new to this and seeing it in real time makes it even more impressive. If you can live without that then its quite an expensive dvd so maybe i wouldn't bother if you already have the vid. Just my thoughts Never try to eat more than you can lift
