  1. If you're the last group out on a long spot, that Stiletto will get you back when others are landing off. I love my Stiletto. I love mine too. What's the world coming to when a great canopy with a great glide angle is scorned for taking too long to descend? About the only thing PD has ever made that has been in production longer than the Stiletto is the PDR. Just open lower on your tandem video jumps! Always remember the brave children who died defending your right to bear arms. Freedom is not free.
  2. http://www.alcoholics-anonymous.org.uk/About-AA/The-12-Steps-of-AA The AA program is not required, though. Mark I believe AA requires "belief in a higher power". If you can't accept god as a higher power then maybe you can accept the FAA as a substitute? Always remember the brave children who died defending your right to bear arms. Freedom is not free.
  3. This is misogyny. Always remember the brave children who died defending your right to bear arms. Freedom is not free.
  4. Are you kidding? I'm pretty sure that if the Clintons could be shown to be personally profiting from the charitable foundation they manage I would hear no end of it. The Clinton Foundation is a respected charity known for it's good works. Donald Trump is known as a self promoting greedy phony. But yes, inside dealing does go well beyond the republican party. Always remember the brave children who died defending your right to bear arms. Freedom is not free.
  5. You're right. There is no problem with insider business deals. At least not for Republicans. It's just normal for them. Always remember the brave children who died defending your right to bear arms. Freedom is not free.
  6. A political campaign is not a business. What your wife does with her gross receipts is her business. Not so much for what Trump does with money he gets from donors. It might be different if he was not leasing from himself..... Always remember the brave children who died defending your right to bear arms. Freedom is not free.
  7. Liberal politics pretty much defines the message of Christ. The roots of the most liberal of organizations are usually found in a church of some sort. Neither your faith nor your mind is pure, but there is hope for you. You seem to be having a bad night tonight. I hope it's not that something bad has happened to you recently. Good night. 8. That entire diatribe is so full of hatred and judgement it's hard to know where to start. Suffice it to say that selling sex is a nasty business, not my fantasy. And that the weakly enforced prohibition in current law is not helping women to escape if that is what they want. Once again, you assume that women are all under, or should be under, the control of men. And that only you and your kind riding in on your high horse can save them with your moral superiority. Every single woman I've ever met who has been a hooker has quit because she was too old to be successful any longer. They all miss the money and would go back if they could. They don't want or need you to rescue them. They want and need protection from bad tricks. That what legalization is about. I believe your attitudes toward woman's issues makes YOU a misogynist. A controlling paternalistic male misogynist. Always remember the brave children who died defending your right to bear arms. Freedom is not free.
  9. Enough of this. God gave man dominion over all the other animals. If She is fine with it, so am I. Always remember the brave children who died defending your right to bear arms. Freedom is not free.
  10. Wrong. You can go to jail for evading taxes, or failing to file, but not for failing to pay. That would be debtor's prison. Even Obama doesn't do that. And it is not a fine. It is a tax. The SC said so. Always remember the brave children who died defending your right to bear arms. Freedom is not free.
  11. Prison? Always remember the brave children who died defending your right to bear arms. Freedom is not free.
  12. I love my daughter very much. She is a very successful middle school teacher. Why do you think anyone's daughter makes a decision to become a prostitute based on it's legality? We are talking about legalization, not making it respectable. I'm not clear on this. Are you calling me a sick worthless individual? Just because I favour not making criminals out of prostitutes? Always remember the brave children who died defending your right to bear arms. Freedom is not free.
  13. Awww... don't let it bring you down. Hillary will soon ride to the rescue! Always remember the brave children who died defending your right to bear arms. Freedom is not free.
  14. That's a big part of what makes it dirty. Lots of people do bring part of it home to keep! The "service" that keeps on giving. Always remember the brave children who died defending your right to bear arms. Freedom is not free.
  15. The term"sex trade worker" has always made me choke. Can't we just call it what it is? I'm pretty conflicted on this one myself. Many, but not all hookers are victims. My gut tells me that hooking is not honest work, my brain tells me to try to be more understanding. But I just can't quite find a way to respect the act of selling such an intimate act for cash. On the other hand, prohibition has never been effective, and never will. So in the end I support legalization for the same reason as Bill. The safety of extremely vulnerable women. 16. Discussion inspired by extreme drift in an unrelated thread. Always remember the brave children who died defending your right to bear arms. Freedom is not free.
  17. Way to try and pivot the thread toward your personal issues! Well played. As soon as the giraffes start consenting to being shot, trophy hunting can be discussed in the same way as legalized prostitution. Consent? The coercive nature of human trafficking is not consensual. The typical age of those entering prostitution is 12 years old - some are as young as 9. About 80% of prostitutes have been victims of rape - with some reports showing a large percentage of women being raped over 50 times per year. Prostitutes have a mortality rate that's 40 times higher than the national average. 75% of prostitutes attempt suicide - they account for 15% of completed suicides. A study found that 95% of prostitutes wanted to escape immediately. But hey, just legalize it - let's just ignore all that and focus on the devastating effects of the food chain. Shall we move on from the subject of hunting to your views on prostitution? Maybe you should start another thread. I'm not long on prostitution, but I doubt those statistics are accurate in any kind of common context. Always remember the brave children who died defending your right to bear arms. 18. Democracies everywhere must stand together. In your country powerful people are actively seeking to influence policy by controlling who gets appointed to the SC. You are a couple votes away from overturning the progress recently made in social policy. If people like me want to be free, we must be vigilant. Always remember the brave children who died defending your right to bear arms. Freedom is not free.
  19. True on many levels. You are now reporting on a book using terms that are jargon. Only you know the meaning of this jargon because you are the only one reading the book. This is not an effective way to communicate, except to those who are familiar with the terms the author is using. This is nonsense in the truest sense of the word. Speak in clear terms that people can relate to if you want to get a message across. Always remember the brave children who died defending your right to bear arms. Freedom is not free.
  20. I agree with this point. It's a non-issue. I do understand the context. I took your sentence as a complaint that the majority religion is not allowed to lead students in prayer. It's hard to read it in another way. I'm glad you favour separation of church and state. I hate the sin, but I love the sinner. Always remember the brave children who died defending your right to bear arms. Freedom is not free.
  21. We can't give you an inch. Because the minute we do you will start dreaming about setting up a "christian" society. Only slightly better than some of the current "islamic" ones. None of us want to take a chance on being governed by clerics of any stripe. Or anyone else who supposes that they know what "god" or a "prophet" or maybe a "messiah" wants. Fundamentalist christians would suppress gays just as hard as we allow them to. And subjugate women as well. If they could they would pass laws. Because they say the magic man wants them too. But really we all know that these beliefs come from within people's minds. If you want to align yourself with Ron here I will assume you share his core beliefs. And at least some of those beliefs are evil. We won't be fooled again. History has shown what societies ruled by religion are like. This is the key sentence Jerry objects to. I'm going to ignore that thing about gays, because you couched it in a way that allows you to disown it. However, you seem to have a problem with a lack of prayer in public schools. Prayer is allowed in school. Private prayer is allowed anywhere. What is not allowed is for you or your kind to shove it down everyone's throat. Thank God for that. Always remember the brave children who died defending your right to bear arms. Freedom is not free.
  22. well then, that's a mighty fine philosophy, bet it applies to lots of things too ouch, I just stubbed my toe. But seriously, I hear lots of people talking about wildlife in far away places. Mostly from people who live in cities. Always remember the brave children who died defending your right to bear arms. Freedom is not free.
  23. Your profile says you live in 'Frisco. There used to be some mighty fine wildlife there, but the grizzlys are gone now. To make room for you and your family to live. My point is, look after your own back yard and don't be so quick to judge others in far away places. If they want to sell the right to trophy hunt in their home that is not your business. They have calculated what is best for them. What have you done to restore wild habitat in CA? But I do agree with you there. Me neither. Always remember the brave children who died defending your right to bear arms. Freedom is not free.
  24. Welcome to Canada1 But please, remember this: http://time.com/4462342/canadian-goverment-american-tourists-guns/?xid=homepage Tourist or terrorist, leave the munitions on your side of the border! Always remember the brave children who died defending your right to bear arms. Freedom is not free.
  25. You are probably correct. I don't know that much about the difference. But I would assume that a part 91 operator must meet the standards. While a part 131 operator has the additional burden of more oversight and a requirement to not just meet, but prove that they are meeting the standard. And having that signed off by someone with a license on the line. Always remember the brave children who died defending your right to bear arms. Freedom is not free.
