I make a VERY good fresh Key Lime pie and it's NOT green. Although I do garnish it with lime zest and lime slices and it's really pretty. I usually make two of these at a time. One is never enough! My favorite pie is coconut cream pie. However I like the homemade, fresh, real ingredients kind. Not the store bought/restaurant kind. I make a really yummy Apple/Blackberry pie too. That's one of JohnMitchell's favs. It's great right out of the oven. Dish it up with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. If you like plain Apple pie, you should try it with a cheese crust or a caramel drizzle on top. Both are fantastic! My kids like pumpkin pie but only the kind made with fresh pumpkins. The pie made out of canned pumpkin is really terrible. I don't think it even qualifies as real pumpkin pie. It's more like, orange goo processed pie. Oreo cookie pie is on the menu today. My son's girlfriend is coming over. That's her favorite.

Nope, JohnMitchell is married to me. 26 years June 2nd. 4 kids and thousands of jumps later we're still on our honeymoon. John! You posted my bum!! OK. Since two pictures I liked happened so quickly (and I need straightening out, as usual), I'll post again. John? The Valinda pic is my favorite. Great color. Very sexy without crossing into lascivious. The Isabelle picture is also very eye catching, colorful and provocative. However, I had garnered the impression that John and VSG were married. I have no idea where I got that from. Anyone care to explain to me where I went wrong? VSG posted on this thread that she is not married and John is posting pics of someone that does not look like VSG to me. I'm lost. Maybe the site needs a diagram for simple minds like mine. Thanks all. Oh...sorry Turtle. I haven't been attached for quite some time and wouldn't post pics of a current or former even if I had them. But this thread appeals enough to my naughty side that I had to look.

You forgot to mention that he's Valedictorian. Not sure if he's going to give a speech at the graduation ceremony or not yet. He won't tell us. It's a surprise. I'm very proud of my son. Not only for being #1 in his high school and college classes but for everything he does. When I was very sick and having trouble walking he'd always walk close to me and tell me to lean on him. If I was feeling very bad he'd make dinner for me and his three sisters when John was at work and even clean up! He's always helped me cut out the skydiving jumpsuits too. He became a very good parachute packer by the time he was 10 or 11. He can shoot a gun as well as I can. Has learned to do wood working in the garage with Dad. Can change the oil, tire, filters etc. in all the cars. He's even welded awesome things out in the garage. And he's so cute with small children. In fact at this moment he's babysitting for a neighbor. The kids love him! He's just a very amazing young man. Is it the parents? Naw, I think it's just him. I feel so luck to have such a great kid! Attached is a picture of him and his girl friend at Senior Prom last month. He's over 6 feet tall and his girl friend is maybe 5 feet with her heels on. She's working towards being a research scientist. They have lots of interesting things to talk about.

They are totally ready to pay for it themselves. And able to. And will, if they don't win. However if they won $100,000 wedding I think that they can keep their own money for other uses. The wedding they were going to have wasn't going to cost that much. But it would be fun to win an extravagant wedding if you could, don't you think?!

They are up to 215 votes now! There has been a new little glitch to registering your vote. (if you have a gmail account anyway. Not sure about the other ones but you can try!) If you LOG OUT of the page and then re-enter it, put your email address with a dot (.) after the first letter then enter and varify your account it goes right through. Then LOG OUT again and put the dot after then next letter in your email and so on. It will rack up the votes. Just make sure you log out each time.

Ryan just told me that they have 8 weeks to do this. So plenty of time to past their web site around and get everyone you know to click on it!

Thanks! We're really excited! Apparently this site changed the rules in mid stream. The top voted for couples had bogus emails put in and now they are making all the emails validated. But they are still letting the top ones keep all their votes anyway. So for all those with alternate email address..... vote with all of them! They need to catch up with cheaters. It's a tough thing to do! Pass it along to whomever you can get to vote for them.

My daughter is getting married!! Yippee! She found an absolutely wonderful guy and they got engaged over the Christmas holiday. He even came to ask JohnMitchell for his daughters hand in marriage and everything!
