oh yeah, i feel with you, made this horrible trip few times... and all the luggage....when will you arrive at barcelona, or: at girona /if it's ryanair)? if there are some of us, we could share the taxi from girona to empuria ( 6 weeks ago, i paid i think 70 euros for that ride, no need to do it again). my arrival time girona is 21.05, anyhow too late for last train or bus, so will be forced again to take a shit taxi or if i'm lucky: to share with others... just drop a line... dudeist skydiver # 3105

landed in a tree (consolidation jump no 3) far out, was not so funny, climbed down and landed in a creek, water up to the hips. went back to the dz, completely wet. later did next consolidation jump and that was ok. but will never forget the noise when i hit the tree. this bastard of a tree did not move a millimeter, but in my head and my body a big bell was banging for hours! dudeist skydiver # 3105

with my 1st reserve ride, made same experience: nothing special, no thrill, didn't panic at all, it was around jump no, 50 or so.. just discovered: something is wrong, seríously, will not explain details, decided to cut away and did.. quickly was under a smooth inflated white canopy, no sensation, landed in a field on my a**, it was ok, no questions, no insisting in: why did you this, and not that.. it was simply like that. my decision for my life. after, no nightmares, never. but, a special feeling of beeing responsible in the air, made my experience on that, could trust in my reactions.. (this does not mean, i always can trust in myself!!) after that, several times friends were asking me if i was scared, nervous... nothing at all! you just act as it's got to be, thats all, and land... i just would sign your report... well made christel dudeist skydiver # 3105

i do not have the similar problem, i am such a problem.. when my one and only son told me he's going for a ride of 800 km to meet his girl friend in her vacations, i was so scared.. he just had his drivers license, in my opinion much toooo early... and left for this long ring. just try to see trough your mother's eyes (it will never work, but try) on the other hand, my son simply lets me know: ok, you need to skydive, but wld like you to come back in proper condition and in vertical... he never likes to have any discussions about this. just the other side of the road, simply look at that and blueskies.. dudeist skydiver # 3105
