  1. they are, believe me! and they always sit on left and right side of me next morning on first load. i know them all anyhow, on my favourite dz... they cannot eat enough garlic to cover the breath of yesterday's beer... so, this is double torture: beer breathe and beer farts... as in most planes, circulation is "built in". after few seconds i start breath again, and my face is losing its red colour men ! dudeist skydiver # 3105
  2. oh yeah, you were the one at the other end... now i remember. this was the night, i had the very first beer of my life no skydiving next day. dudeist skydiver # 3105
  3. it's quite rare, you're right. except the very few beer drinking skydivers, farting all the way up to altitude. i never saw any skydiver drinking water the night before. next morning on first loads, you smell all the beers of last night.. thats the naked truth. dudeist skydiver # 3105
  4. of course, i can tell her! as she knows we will be sitting side by side in the plane, smelling the guys around us farting. and still: we will never do. and she will confirm that, i'm so sure. we's simply ladies in the sky. yup dudeist skydiver # 3105
  5. could you explain to a beginner, what in detail you consider a "sport main"? my first and only mal was on jump No. 53, opening altitute 1.000m, no high speed malfunction. impossible to settle situation, had to cut away and was under reserve at about 450 m. anyhow, at this stage of knowledge, i would not have been able to land a canopy with any risers whatsoever(size was 190 sq.ft). thx dudeist skydiver # 3105
  6. cannot vote anything i am a woman, and we do not fart, never dudeist skydiver # 3105
  7. never been drunk on that, too. only the smell gets me sick ... puke.... my best girl friend celebrates Tequila: some lemon juice on her hand (backside), little salt on that...takes up with the tongue, followed by the Tequila.... she can stand and enjoy that. i would be dead immediately. everybody has his own taste.. dudeist skydiver # 3105

  20. who's idea is that? impossible to answer that question but, i would love to travel all states (only saw 3). depends on what you are doing on such a trip: just crossing the states, or living there for a certain time, meeting folks, talking to them, spend your time with them: this is pure discovery. and depends on one's own money. there is are tons to be considered in your thread. very good one. ] dudeist skydiver # 3105
  21. Just for rough info: I'm born in Germany, my father took his family over to Canada when i was 3 yrs. returned to Germany with 16 yrs. with 19 to GB, married over there. back to Germany for few years, another man (a foreigner, too), we left for Far East for about 10 years. (with breaks for returning back to Germany to raise up my son) so i enjoyed various "points of view" seeing the world or the US. this just BTW. anyhow, it's never q question of few hours to discover new countries. regarding the mentioned "one-size-fits-all" theory: probably, you are right on this point. but only by reading the American forums on this site, certain differences within the US and its states are to be seen. i was able to notice this several times. and: Maine lobster and California or Chile wine: woudl be a great idea for tonight over here in my small, tightly packed country dudeist skydiver # 3105
  22. this surely is a very interesting point of view, especially for foreigners. BTW: a discussion based on that must be a fine reason for gathering friends for a weekend, together with Italien wine, Belgian chocolate, cheese from NL oder Switzerland, German beer .... not to forget Hamburgers... (this only is the funny side) seriously, i think travelling across the US shows not even half of the differences to be discovered while crossing the boarders of most European countries. but, this was not the original question of this thread. nevertheless, your a.m. question made me think... dudeist skydiver # 3105
  23. not only knees are involved (i still suffer since one year) the very first injury was at start of AFF: we had to jump from a platform one after the other, about 1.5 meter down to the hard grass ground, to train the PLF . the first hit was a big one on my head (helmet didn't prevent anything) while rolling sidewards/backwards. after 5 jumps, i had to stop for the day. obviously, this hit was reason why i still stick on jumping i do not really love the memory on this kind of training PLF. dudeist skydiver # 3105
