  1. SNOPES GOOGLE they are your friends answer: NO -- All the flaming and trolls of wreck dot with a pretty GUI.
  2. Yeah, dude no offense, but that thing will leave you with NO power when you need it. Why not at least a Shadow? -- All the flaming and trolls of wreck dot with a pretty GUI.
  3. It says it in the profile, must be true...I had to pass a polygraph to set mine up. FYI, a lot of people for various reasons leave profile information incomplete. -- All the flaming and trolls of wreck dot with a pretty GUI.
  4. I am with you man, and I am 25. I wish I was part native american, I have been told by friends with partial descent, they hardly ever shave. -- All the flaming and trolls of wreck dot with a pretty GUI.
  5. Nice, thank you! This 'trend' was developing while I was in college....and flowed right into the metrosexual thing. Screw that. There are parts of me that are shaved, and if she asked I would comply within reason. But these guys with no hair? What a big vain pain in the ass. It would take me hours to rid body hair and then the after effects would be a bitch. Chest and arms are that way on most guys. And some days I get really crazy and don't shave my face. Anyway, not that my opinion counts in the thread, I am a guy. It just seems funny that a lot of the current generation is obsessed with pretty boys. -- All the flaming and trolls of wreck dot with a pretty GUI.
  6. Well it is a porsche (I think he has multiple videos online I heard via net lore) on the Nurburgring track on the left side of your screen, then a played in Gran Tourismo 4 racing the track on the right side. The can drive like mad....tires squeeling like a banshee. Some insane powered corners. Makes me want to go track. You ever run at Motorsports Ranch? -- All the flaming and trolls of wreck dot with a pretty GUI.
  7. Well she is no z06, but she does wear the same shoes :) http://www.soapboxgeek.com/GLI/DSC00201_small.jpg I doubt I will ever track it. I hear I could run high 12s/low 13s. But I would rather go tear up the twisties. You might dig this video...as well http://www.dropzone.com/cgi-bin/forum/gforum.cgi?post=1600294#1600294 -- All the flaming and trolls of wreck dot with a pretty GUI.
  8. Well if the guy had just reasoned with them a bit more, they did not want not want to hurt him. Maybe he should have given peace a chance. There was no tshirt of mass destruction. He should have just waited longer. /leftist 'everyone is inherently good' bullshit -- All the flaming and trolls of wreck dot with a pretty GUI.
  9. Yep, sure did. The same way I would call someone an idiot if they wore crpyt or blood colors into a gang controlled environment. If not an idiot that quite painfully naive. And you are quite wrong we have a lot of information on him. It was not his shirt, he did not own a bike, he was not an HA, and he is dead. He did something very foolish. Just like another forum I follow, someone got a vanity plate that said NGGA PLZ. I would not want to be within 100 yards of that plate in the wrong situation. Would you run into a public place screaming 'bomb' or 'white power'? Yep, freedom of speech, but not really smart. In this case, clothing spoke louder than words. -- All the flaming and trolls of wreck dot with a pretty GUI.
  10. pretty decent driving. I would have worn a helmet, boots, and gloves. But... http://www.maximum-attack.com/GT4vsRL.wmv -- All the flaming and trolls of wreck dot with a pretty GUI.
  11. Freaking hilarious. I am am slightly obsessive compulsive, so a few parts for swapped, but that is freaking hilarious. -- All the flaming and trolls of wreck dot with a pretty GUI.
  12. That goes for HD too. The funny thing they sold an image of unique independence to the masses. See a paradox? When I was at one of the 100th anni. road shows last year, they had mobile museums with past advertising. Some of the advertising of days past could certainly be used to snipe some modern riders. Of course the event was full of new shiny black squeaky never ridden in leather clad people too. -- All the flaming and trolls of wreck dot with a pretty GUI.
  13. Awesome, I didn't know he was still in it. I used to hang out in Bob Utter Ford's garage and watch him put the new stang together. I bought my first ever used car from him, he is/was a salesguy. One day he pulled up to a light next to me in the dealers ?Boss? Stang (I think it was boss, they were numbered) and I could feel the ground rumblle through my seat. I never watched him run, but he has some sweet greenlight pics in his office. Glad to hear he is still doing it. -- All the flaming and trolls of wreck dot with a pretty GUI.
  14. First and foremost, I am sorry for your loss. And second, I agree with Derek. This is often cited as a msssive super duper perk for USPA members. Personally, I wish I could cancel it and save money. Skydiving magazine covers every bit that parachutist does, is under $20 a year, and has much better articles in my opinion. If this was the first complaint, I might not buy in. But Parachutist and USPA have so many gripes against them right now, things like this do add up. In their defense, I have no idea what would be 'fair' but representing the average skydiver is something parachutist does not come close to doing. Check out http://www.skydivingmagazine.com/ Their rates are similar and it is a for profit magazine. Whether they would deal for memorials, I don't know. but I can say their 'full' page 77 square inches bigger than parachutist's 88 -- All the flaming and trolls of wreck dot with a pretty GUI.
  15. FOX bodies are awesome, and will always be a sweet looking ride in my eyes. There was a guy in Sherman when I was growing named Doug Mangrum...I think. My dad worked with his dad. He had the fastest stang in the nation in his class at times, a week here and a week there. Finally at one point he had to move past the fox body to drop the time any more. He worked for a dealer and they bankrolled him big time, with a decked out f350 rig, etc. Anyway, point is fox bodies rock. -- All the flaming and trolls of wreck dot with a pretty GUI.
  16. Again, I am not defending them at all. Simply pointing out that the generalization might be off in regards to all MCs. In this case I think the story verifies your assumption. My last paragraph is my point regarding the situation. It is tragically ironic, because some idiot wore it trying to be something he wasn't and the wrong people thought he was something he wasn't. Dave and I both have a shirt with a maltese cross that says "I owe a bike, not just a shirt" Wicked Jester seems to have dropped/hidden their bike gear or I would link it. Bottom line practically: don't screw with people who are nastier than you. Bottom line philosophically: don't be a poser. -- All the flaming and trolls of wreck dot with a pretty GUI.
  17. Yeah, kinda like all those bastards that started the Sturgis rally right? Do you know the origin of the Hells Angels name circa WWII? I am not defending them and many are bad people. I would not get involved with an MC any more than I would wear blue or red do rags in the projects. But to lump any value on apparel or the colors in general makes you no different than the guys who killed him for the apparel. Personally, I think it is a poignant tragic analogy to our society. Everyone wants to wear logos for things they have absolutely zero personal association with. OCC, WCC, HA, etc. Quit being a walking billboard and grow an identity. -- All the flaming and trolls of wreck dot with a pretty GUI.
  18. Cause you ate 2 tacos right before them Actually you think they are the same size, but they really aren't. The fajita is more like a gordita, hold that side by side with a taco. A lot more bulk, plus the flour versus corn. BUT...that being said, if you are eating really good tacos, two and Im a stuffed. -- All the flaming and trolls of wreck dot with a pretty GUI.

  20. The key will be surface area. Although it will not contain storage it will affect the optics. Sooner or later this will be addressed by the storage industry. DVD is cool and all, but the life of a DVD is horrible compared to VHS. Just like LPs, if you treat them right, they are great, but the risk of damage per incident is much higher. There is a a reason that everyone still uses tape for backup. -- All the flaming and trolls of wreck dot with a pretty GUI.
