Well, just take a whole chicken, stick an opened can of beer up its ass, sit it on a charcoal grill at about 225 degrees for three hours with the lid closed and presto, beer chicken. You can buy a rack for this purpose at Walmart but mind how you remove it from the grill because what beer remains will be boiling hot after three hours. Feel free to use a poultry rub if desired but if you throw some hickory or mesquite chips on the charcoal you shouldn't need the rub. Don't lift the lid during the smoking process. After relocating to Kentucky I was shocked to find that beef was nowhere on the local BBQ radar and the only thing you could find was pulled pork, yuck. Have jumped two different ones, both were extremely slow climbers. IIRC, there were weight and balance issues with more than five jumpers and getting everyone as far foward as possible on takeoff was very critical. The last one I jumped eventually crashed on takeoff due in part to CG issues. Don't remember anyone ever having any warm and fuzzys about that particular model as a jump plane. Oddly enough, some time before, in the same Dallas neighborhood that Jesus Christ of Nazareth was tossed out of, there had been a rather well attended swingers group that met at a house on a somewhat regular basis and guess what, busted. Zoning and parking violations. Again, in this instance I didn't feel that enforcement of the law was anti sex but it did rid the neighborhood of some fairly gnarly looking swingers. The very same thing happened in a neighborhood I lived in in the Dallas area about six years ago. About six houses down from us every Wednesday night a couple had a bible study which drew quite a few folks and their cars. Neighbors (not us) complained about parking violations and the unsightly signs in the yard advertising the bible study and what the agenda would be for the next meeting. Shortly after complaints were lodged, the city code enforcement shut them down by saying it amounted to running a church in a residential structure which is a zoning and fire code violation. I personally had no problem with them studying the bible in their home but also had no problem with the city enforcing the law and never felt it was "anti christian".
