The edge material was deformed to a depth of 1.3 mm with the edge unfolding outward. Traces of the threads of the check loop of the Reserve container were visible on the edge. If this cartridge is located on the side valve of the Reserve container and the loop is not cut enough, or gets caught on the edge of the edge, complete failure of the Reserve container is possible.
