the original pic was upside down and a bit darker,

I turned it 180, saved it, made a copy and inverted the colors, copied the canopy and pasted it on top of the previous picture...

Here are some recent ones...sort of

The first one is flying canopies over Rocky Point
The second is of a tandem landing that I took from the jump plane while descending.

The third is the evidence of a girl walking into the closed dusty screen. It happened at night, and we laughed hard. Then, when we woke up, we saw the evidence, and laughed even harder.

Took this one last weekend. Father and son on thier :D high hop-n-pop at sunrise. I liked how the sun still has not risen on the town below and the cool cloud formation to the right. They were seriously stoked when we landed!

After a 5 hour car ride I and a friend arrived at a drop zone in mid-Sweden.
It was constantly raining through the entire journey up there but 5 minutes after arrival there was a crack in the cloud cover and the sun was able to break through.

A rainbow appeared and touched down right on top of an old Russian AN-2.

Very cool landscape and cloudscape. Where is that? Look at the attached file for some lighting adjustments. ;)

Matt,

Thanks for the edit - looks great! That photo was just raw from my DSC-V1, did not photo-shop it, other than editing for size. Clearly I need to get better at fixing the lighting!

Photo was taken over St. Marys, GA (on the FLA/GA border) at "The Jumping Place" dropzone.

Cool, looks like a pretty DZ.

In the newer versions of Photoshop the "shadow/highlight" tool will fix the lighting quick and easy... not quite as powerful as curves and levels but much much easier to use, not much thinking required. That's usually all I use.

Great little Cessna DZ - Just up the road from you!

Give us a little heads up and we may be able to scare up a wingsuiter to flock with! (Does 2 count as a flock?)

Plus, I really want to check out your new camera helmet - you've motivated me to start working on my own!

Blue skies!
