Georger when you get a chance see what you can tell me about that post I made regarding the Wool and the next post about the other passenger no one talks about.

Right Now I am going to bed. Hope you had a nice evening.
Gray is in WA as we speak.

Is Gray's book advancing the theory that Tina gave Cooper a cheesecake recipe? Has the FBI tested any cheesecakes to see if they match?

Well, lets just wait and see what the 40th Anniversary brings.

I just got back from one of Mr. Gray's readings, it was fun and interesting, but no cheesecake. Jo and Duane came up a few times! Now to read the book (which does list cheesecake in the index).

My main question for Geoff was wondering if he'd gotten the impression from looking through the FBI files that they might be holding back anything of significance, but he didn't seem to think that was the case.

When subjects like the above are mentioned in a Book they become public matter for discussion. When individuals do NOT want certain information made available then they should not talk about it to writers. I said nothing about Jerry or his family that was not public knowledge.

Once agan Jo decides there are different standards for her and everyone else.
What is the difference between a book and any other public forum?
You got incredibly upset with people pointing out particular aspects of Duane's past which you claimed were not relevant and you didn't want to talk about!
What does someone's alleged drug problem have to do with finding Cooper?

Marla was caught in an outright lie by saying her uncle LD was obsessed by the comic and kept a copy pinned to his wall. Being wrong or mistaken is one thing, but dedicated liars, simple publicity-seekers, those folks can cause damage to the people actually looking for the truth.

How do you know it was a conscious lie? Have you considered the possibility of a remotely induced false memory?

I see it as proof that Snowmman's mind control experiment worked. He only uses hot women as test subjects. No randomized sampling, not needed. Snow's research protocol calls for double blonde in place of double blind.

EVickiW asks:

Quote

'Or does one need the media so the FBI will look or examine a suspect? Added pressure...'

Yes. But there have been so many people claim a relative is Cooper, KC included, that there has to be a modicum of evidence beyond, 'because I say so.'

I have never said, or claimed, my Father was Cooper. I think he justifies a look...FBI already has a file.

His fingerprints are on file at the FBI.
He has an FBI #,
He disappeared in September 1971.
Was 44 at the time of the hijacking.
He was 6' tall, 180 lbs.
In the US Navy in WWII.
<----looks like the sketch.
Dark brown/black hair parted on the left. Sideburns mid ear.
Wore suits and skinny ties.
Has evaded capture, stopped committing crimes, or is dead.
Drank, smoked (like every other man in the late 60's).

So.....can they get a LE intern to pull his fingerprints from whatever box they are in? Scan then to IAFIS. Have the forensic fingerprint specialist at Quantico compare the prints and look for identifiers.

He was never investigated as a suspect. His file was shoved to the side of Eng's desk. Eng told JT that he did not pursue this investigation because he (Eng) did not think my father looked much like the drawing/sketch (pic from 1970 attached).

Again.....I never did do the "I say so". I said "just look". I should not have go to the media or call and harass the Seattle FBI each week to put "pressure" on them.

Georger, can you share your views on the meaning or importance of the silver particles imbedded in the linen fibers of the ransom mney?

Geoffrey says you made an independent discovery of these particles that is above and beyond the silver nitrate residues from the Bureau's fingerprinting process.

Can you tell us your findings?

Thanks -

Bruce Im going to post again about this. I will
explain more if you like. I am concerned this
happened and I dont know how this happened.
All I do know is Geof surfaced more than a year
ago (called Tom or something) talking about "two
types of silver" attributed to me, and I never could
figure out how he got that, or what I said to convey
that impression. When it surfaced I issued an
immediate advisory to Geof and Tom, so I have no
idea how this got into publication all these months
later. I thought it was a fluke and dead issue.

If you or anyone has any questions about this I
will try and answer.

Let me just leave it at that and see if this surfaces again.

But, the only form of silver I know about, found in
the three bills Tom tested, is silver nitrate AgNO3,
which was a byproduct of the finger printing the
FBI did on those bills.

Thanks, G. This is amazing. How can Geoff get it so wrong? Sad.

Geoff is in Bellingham, WA tonight, and then tomorrow he's in Seattle.

I would go see him tomorrow except my p/u blew its head gasket Friday night coming home from a Tacoma Rainiers baseball game.

Bob was talking about going as its just down the road.

SF is next for GG, a one night stand if I recall. GG is also posting on his web site that he wants to organize a symposium in Portlant for the 40th. I think that is a great idea.

I'm surprised that Geoffrey doesn't stop in here from time to time.

For those contemplating seeing Geoffrey, don't be afraid. I find him him to be, generally, a nice guy. He's super cute, too. It will be curious to see how much he talks about the case and expands beyond what is in the book. That is one thing about GG - he doesn't reveal too much about what he knows when he interacts with others on the Hunt.

Ayn Dietrich, the federal voice that launched a thousand Cooper ships with her "most promising" quote, is back from vacation, today, too.

Are you guys saying that Gray's book has some factual inacuracies between the covers? If so maybe I should skip the book. The last thing I want to do is spend time reading fiction. This case has always fasinated me, however as always a person needs to weed out the bull shit in order to get down to the meat and tators.

Earlier I made that general statement. It was to separate me from the rest. Again, I am not just "ANYONE" with a claim.

I have never bashed any suspect. The reason? Because I do not have a candidate. Just a nagging suspicion.

I think Geof just missunderstood what I was saying -
or what was being said. He's busy. These things get
pretty complicated and in the time-compressed
situations where he talked, I think things just got
missunderstood. I dont think it was intentional, in
fact if anything I think Geof was trying to be
accurate. But he accurately got it wrong thinking
he had it right.

Hey, look. I think The Stalker posted up something back there somewhere.

Message to Stalker: Can't say from one side of your mouth you are 'protecting Tina' while saying 'go ahead' to the idea of posting current pictures of her on the internet. Nice attempt at web extortion to become both Tina and the Dormuth family's Official Press Agent. Fortunately they blew you off and probably started hitting WhitePages.com for lawyers.

You've missed your calling. You should be the runner boy for a photog with the Enquirer. The usual stuff. Fetch the memory chips for the camera...pick up lunch at McDonald's... gas up the chase car. ;)

When you are posting about the stalker, who exactly are you referring to?

i've been interested in the DB Cooper case since I was a kid and first saw the story on the news. Then over the years there were magazine articles, news interviews and even a God awfull movie starring Treat Williams. Probably the best DB Cooper story to hit the headline over the years was when I went to a folk singer concert and a young man named Todd Snider came up on stage and sang a song called "DB Cooper" to an overly enthusiastic crowd. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BIU_0DG_xAU
Over the years I've read a few books, watched my share of Unsloved Mysteries shows as well as shows on the History channel and local broadcast. I've watched all the amatuer Sherlock Holmes wannabes throw money in rivers, hike to areas where they think the chute might be etc... but I've never see an internet movement full of knowledge such as this one....DropZone. This forum finds it's way into major news stories on major networks, magazines and even books. The single most important reference for all things Cooper rests here at DZ. I actually have a mystery I'm trying to solve myself here at DZ(no I do not have a Cooper suspect)and I hope the good folk here will help me shed some light. anyway I'm glad I came across this community and I hope more people decide to join up as well.

Just another example of the fact that you can look in the right area for a long time and still not find what you are looking for...(remember we had a discussion about how long it took to find Steve Fosset's plane?)

Quote

Star Dust, registration G-AGWH, was a British South American Airways Avro Lancastrian airliner that disappeared in mysterious circumstances on 2 August 1947 while crossing the Andes mountain range in South America. It remained unlocated for fifty years.

A comprehensive search of a wide area, including what is now known to have been the crash site, discovered no wreckage.
Speculation about the cause and nature of the disappearance of Star Dust included conspiracy theories such as inter-corporate sabotage and abduction by aliens.

The wreckage was discovered by chance in 1988. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Star_Dust_(aircraft)

I can’t take any more of the dodging and deflection about this Cooper cheesecake connection any longer. It was important enough to put in a book and for several reviewers to mention the subject then it must be significant. Like most things in life, I’ll have to do this myself.

First I need to find a recipe because I always thought making cheesecake involved pulling a tab on a pasteboard container and pulling the thing out of the box.

After several seconds of searching, I found hundreds of examples and the ingredients include:

Cream cheese, butter, graham crackers, sugar, eggs, vanilla and cherries. That’s seven common household items and I see nothing cryptic so far.

There appears to be a monopoly on cream cheese and that happens to belong to Philadelphia, yawwwwnnnn.

Next is butter and the first tumbler of the combination has fallen with a mighty clink. The butter industry is dominated by none other than ‘Land O Lakes’ which is conveniently located in the Land of 10,000 Lakes and the HQ of Northwest Orient Airlines, St Paul. Is it also a coincidence that the standard container of Land O Lakes has four sticks, just like Cooper’s bomb in the briefcase? It simply could not.

I have to admit some ignorance when it comes to graham crackers since I haven’t had them since I used to finger paint and take naps on the floor last week. I was finally able to find some major names in the non- saltine, cracker industry which include: Nabisco, Honey Maid and Grahams. I’m sure the super code cracking investigators don’t need to be told that those brands have 7 letters, 2 words and 7 letters in their names. The circumstantial evidence is becoming pretty hard to ignore here.

Next is the sugar and depending on which side of the Mississippi you live, it would be Domino or C&H as your primary sweeteners for any recipe up to and including snicker doodles and peanut butter cookies. We all know the international sign for peanut butter cookies as being those cross hatched fork tines placed in the dough before baking, but something tells me the Dutch would use something else, like a piece of tuna. What should be screaming at everyone right now is the combination of America’s favorite sugars which is C H Domino. Quite a place holder isn’t it? And the exact same number of consonants and vowels along with syllables. Why was so much time squandered on Holland instead of being wisely invested in cherry cheesecake recipes?

The eggs have proven to be harder to tie with Cooper than I thought. The only holiday they are associated with is Easter and that’s after being delivered by a rabbit. Or in my case hidden behind the tool shed and not discovered till two months had passed when that fuchsia booby trap exploded after the slightest touch. My relationship with eggs has been tenuous at best since then and serve little purpose other than to remind me what will be in that paper bucket for lunch.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DpRn4Q4V81o&feature=related

The next clue is vanilla which comes in a bean, except it isn’t a bean but an extended seed pod from an orchid. An incredibly labor intensive product which may be indicative of the amount of labor Cooper spent making his plans or crafting this code.

Leaving cherries which are red like the Northwest logo and round like the letter ‘O’ in Orient and if you eat too many you will spend a lot of time in the bathroom which is exactly what Cooper did on that flight. Well, well, well I can see why the phone lines were burned up with this information between Florida and New York.

This all leads right back to Philadelphia, which must contain a safe deposit box or a place where the money is buried or hidden or in plain sight in a public park or private land. I’m sensing some water or something wet or wetness or moisture and little to no humility. What could this mean? I can’t do this all on my own and the media will just take what they like and use it against me.

Now that the Cherry Cheesecake Code has been broken the real Cooper work can begin and all this other tomfoolery can come to a halt. Hey, I think some kids are about to walk on my lawn.

377: Good you mention Sheridan and remember he is about 6 ft tall, brown eyes, and a very olive complexion with a burning desire to "Beat The System".

I will go tonight and talk with Gray about his book and why he was not aware of Sheridan but is pitching Kenney Christansen who is too short at 5ft 8in, light skin and not olive, and has the wrong color eyes.

Thanks for the concern Bob. My spouse echoes your worry about a 62 year old jumper. I like to think I'm still able to jump safely and handle emergencies. I stay in decent shape, always review emergency procedures prior to jumping, use a written pre jump checklist and avoid high winds and marginal weather. I had a a main canopy malfuntion and did a cutaway (my second) just a couple of years ago. Everything went well and I had an open reserve at about 1700 feet. AADs add a huge measure of safety as do audible altimeters and I use both. I jump a fairly lightly loaded conservative (Triathlon 7 cell) non elliptical canopy and fly my landings like an airliner rather than a dive bomber. I'd like to jump into my eighties God willing. I jumped at WFFC with a guy in his eighties and he could fly circles around me. I'd like to be that guy later on. If my reaction times degrade significantly (you can measure them) I'll have to face the facts and hang up solo jumping but so far so good.

Back to DBC and Sheridan Peterson. I sure wish someone could interview him. He has cancer and won't be around forever. Even if he isn't DBC he may have some ideas. I'd like to know how widespread was info about the Air America 727 jumps in Thailand. He jumped in Viet Nam as a civilian. Had he heard about the 727 jumps?

In his novel there is an odd passage about walking along the Columbia River in very cold weather with inadequate clothing and footwear. It doesn't prove anything but it's intriguing.

Sailshaw, You might also ask Gray why the FBI has not released the full Seattle Air Traffic Control Center's radio transcripts for the flight south with Cooper on board.

If Gray claims ignorance, then you might suggest that he take the time to read those transcripts and compare them with the Oakland Center's transcripts. Both can be viewed on Sluggo's web page.

Unlike mind control this is no joke.

I have a scientific question.

Does anyone know if sheep ‘hair’ will stick to a cherry cheesecake the same as a poodle’s hair?

I was trying an experiment at The Cheesecake Factory but as soon as I opened up one tiny bag of sheep hair the staff goes ape and frog marches me out of the place. Wow, that was a zoo full of allegory.

I loudly protested that this was for DB Cooper research and that I had no intent of eating any of the cheesecake and the world needs to know this to solve this crime.

Can someone else try this?

NOT Minnesota. Minneapolis, a specific city in the state. It's almost as if he's been there. When someone tells you they live in Seattle, for example, and you have not been to Seattle, a more typical response might be, 'Washington state is beautiful country,' unless you have actually been to that city. Do you think this hints that the skyjacker was from the Minneapolis area or lived at one time in Minnesota?
