58% yes.  :)

Also Andy Beshear (D) re-elected governor of Kentucky by a considerable margin.

Excellent, now let's hope that McConnell chokes on a Chick-fil-A bone and Beshear can beat the nonsense reappointment law.

They legalized weed too.

Note: I consider affirming women's reproductive rights FAAAAAR more important, but removing criminal penalties for a reasonably mild intoxicant (along with all of the associated criminal behavior associated with the prohibition) is a good thing.

It remains a mystery to me why any woman would vote to have her rights over her own body reduced or eliminated.

But there's no accounting for stupidity.

No mystery whatsoever. Women want to control their bodies.

Republican male Christians want to control women's bodies. Together with the entire political discourse.

And in the last 5 Presidential election cycles the Kentucky governor election predicted the presidential outcome, so this means it is like totally mathematically impossible for Trump to win.

Hi folks,

Re:  “We have to recognize how much voters mistrust us (meaning elected Republicans) on this issue,” he added.

Well, it doesn't take a Sherlock to figure that out.

JD Vance: Ohio’s abortion vote ‘was a gut punch’ | The Hill

The GOP needs a lot of gut punches.

Jerry Baumchen

I'm sure the lesson the GOP will take away from all of this is:

"The voters can't be trusted to make the correct decisions, therefore we need to stamp out referendums!"

And here is Rick Santorum to confirm what I just posted:

The Hill: Bemoaning Ohio results, Santorum says ‘pure democracies’ aren’t how to run a country

In time. Jesus is coming soon.

Maranatha

When?

You've been predicting his return for some time.

As have lots of other people...
For a couple thousand years.

The funniest part about that is that if Jesus actually showed back up, Evangelicals would want him deported to Mexico.
Or just shoot him.

Let's also just take a moment to, uh, appreciate the stupendous level of smug, out of touch condescension involved in dismissing the abortion battle as just a 'sexy thing for young voters'.
