Everyone be honest

Recommended Posts

1. yes. My hubby cheated a very long time ago, and I did it right back. So childish- ( He became JW later)

2 Forgetting b-day-etc etc... Hubby is a Jehovahs Witness. So I do not expect him to acknowledge it in the first place.

3. Gone for days w/lame excuse-Got some anyway-Yes-That took place a long time ago too. 10 years ago we stopped all the behavior that led to events like that, and we have never looked back. We have been happy together for 10 + years without that behavior. We have been together for 21 years, married for 18.

4 He has not ever publicly humiliated me ever.

It is hard to work through betrayal. It took alot of letting go, and moving forward. We made a pact never to throw the past in each others faces. We were both wrong, and sick. Now we both walk with The Lord. He in his JW way and me in my Lutheran way. We dont even fight about that, I say if he is right, he can teach me his way, and if I am right, I can teach him. Working things out together is both of your job, if you want the relationship that much.-Caress:)

I've learned.... That being kind is more important than being
right.

1. No, I left my ex husband for this very reason

2. No, occasionally an important date will be forgotten but to entirely
space out on EVERY important date does not communicate love.

3. No, hasn't ever really been an issue

4. No, again hasn't really been an issue and if it happened,
communication would go a long way

3)He doesnt call for days, but when he does gives big excuse and gets laid anyway

This is the one I fall for every freakin time....and the dumbest thing is I tell myself "They're an ass and I shouldn't waste my time"......guess I like wasting my time [:/]

1)Have you ever stayed with a guy after he cheated more than once?

Yup

2)Stayed with him even thought he never remembers any b/day,v/day etc..

Expecting a guy to remember that crap is ridiculous. If that stuff is important to you, than it's up to you to remind the guy that your bday, etc is coming up - otherwise it's your own damn fault if you don't get anything.

3)He doesnt call for days, but when he does gives big excuse and gets laid anyway

nope

4) humiliates you in public.

nope

GUYS

1) Have you ever purposely treated a woman bad to establish "who is boss".

Nope. Does it even work?

2) have you ever treated a woman good only to hear, "your like a brother".

Sadly, yes, but I think we were both the better for it. She turned out to be one of my dearest friends. Thankfully she never saw me naked.

3) Have you hurt a womans feelings but knew she will be there when you call.

Again, sadly, yes. Though without forethought about getting away with it.

Yeah, ok, I'll play too.

1) No, not knowingly.
2) Sometimes,
Since nobody's perfect, so a lapse once in awhile is understandable, I don't even remember all of my siblings B-days:$. But if it becomes a pattern, it's a sign of big trouble or disrespect and lack of caring.
3) No... when this happens, no "excuse" really works, since I see 'it' for what it is... and that is either there is somebody else, or he doe not appreciate, value & care about me.
Wow.
Wild to believe that women/men would willingly and knowingly put up with/do this sort of crap.
All of these are wild waving red warning flags, and personally I want, expect and deserve better than having anybody treat me like that, let alone a man I love.

Ok, a few threads here got me to thinking about relationships. Let me start by asking people to be honest. Please put aside your emotions for a moment and just answer the questions honestly. Women say they want a nice guy, but more often than not, nice finishes last, this holds true in bussiness as well by the way. I dont know why but its like your not man or macho enough or maybe women find it boring? Before someone goes postal here, i am not saying this is the way it should be, i am saying its what i have observed. These are my opinions and am only asking out of curiousity and at some points in my life, Frustration.

1)Have you ever stayed with a guy after he cheated more than once?

2)Stayed with him even thought he never remembers any b/day,v/day etc..

3)He doesnt call for days, but when he does gives big excuse and gets laid anyway

4) humiliates you in public.

There are so many others i could ask, but it might be pushing it

1) Childish
2) Yes, my sisters, I always treat them good , and I will always be their brother
4) Yes, my mother... God bless her, she has always been there

1) Not just no, but HELL no!
Every relationship is/should be based among other things on respect.
On the other hand, if a woman treats ME like shit (it has happened) I'm outta there.

2) Yes. Usually from women who are like a sister to me.

3) Not to my knowledge, and definitely not on purpose.
