dz with best view?

Recommended Posts

Skydive Whistler in Pemberton, BC, Canada.
At 10,000 feet, you exit level with the mountain tops, then fall until you are level with a glacier - 5,000 feet above the runway and open. The view to the east includes along lake.
I did a few satellite schools - in Pemberton - a few years back, but now they have an every-weekend Cessna DZ.

Pitt Meadows east of Vancouver, BC. Snow capped mountains to the north as far as you can see, a river that runs east to west with an island in the middle, and 97 - 99 ways above it. At least there was when I was there. :)
Also, Mali Losinj, Yugoslavia the sight of the '85 World Meet. The water was so clear you could see 25 or 30 feet to the bottom. And it was a rocky bottom, not just sand so there was somthing to see. Just breath taking.

Most of the things worth doing in the world had been declared impossilbe before they were done.

Where are we going and why are we in this basket?

Well, would have loved to have seen Whistler from the air, but since I missed that, I'd say the North Shore of Oahu...

We were doing a two way there, (me and my wife) and abotu the third point, I noticed a Pod of Whales, pointed them out to my wife, and we spent the rest of freefall whale watching like most never will!

I'm picture challenged with this forum,[:/] ( can you believe I am a Mod on another forum?) but one of these two links should lead to it!
