  1. hmmm, I've never been to SDH,even when I lived in Huntsville (wuffo husband...now exhusband.)I dated a guy from SDH once, but that was a long long time ago and I dont even want to go into all the drama there! But I have Summer I and II college classes scheduled and paid for already plus I dont know anyone at SDH anymore,so where would I crash if I could get away from school? Also keep in mind that I dont jump anymore so what other extra curricular activities would interest me at the deadman boogie?I guess I could break in my new Rebel XTi digi camera but what else? "...just an earthbound misfit, I."
  2. If you actually live in Ireland they yeah you've got me there.I've ALWAYS wanted to visit Ireland!!I'm so in love with Irish culture and music and everything...tried to learn Gaelic once but didnt have the discipline to stick with it. But I love an Irish accent.Heh, you'll probably think its silly, but 3 of my 5 tats are celtic knots and one of them is a claddagh. So yeah your application is moved to the front of the line. "...just an earthbound misfit, I."
  3. LOL! sorry to disappoint ya boys, but I'm not moving to Cali.I guess I'll just have to go looking for a Texan boy toy or someone willing to relocate. "...just an earthbound misfit, I."
  4. Amen to that sister!Speaking of your Amaretto Sours (since you're the reason I'm hooked on them now) I wonder where our "all chick 3way" kiss pic from our last nignoggery at WFFC ended up... Ya know, I've been cooped up married for the last 3 yrs...I think its time to swing and party like a rockstar now that I'm divorced. He always promised to take me to a swingers bar and never did.*shrug* Great, now the song "Rockstar" by Nickelback is stuck in my head. "...just an earthbound misfit, I."
  5. I think it'd be more polite to ask her if she doesnt mind a 3rd in her bed, first. "...just an earthbound misfit, I."
  6. only if theres leather involved.you know how us Texans love our leather accessories. "...just an earthbound misfit, I."
  7. If thats really you in your icon then yes you definitely qualify as a boy toy. boy toy= good looking guy for me to play with and use at my beck and call.Besides, "boy toy" sounds better than "man whore".And like all good "toys" you have to use it until your own imagination runs wild. ...and yes, I bite and scratch, but only a little. Now lets see how far into the gutter this thread goes in 3...2...1... "...just an earthbound misfit, I."
  8. Well, I guess you'll never know my definition of "good" sex now that you've insulted my state...and yes, to us Texans it IS a whole other country.Alaska can kiss my Texas ass! "...just an earthbound misfit, I."
  9. Ok I'll clarify: 1. you teach me to pack your rig and pay for me to get my A and I'll pack for ya.Beer and sammiches included IF I get to drink too! 2.lots= more than 3times a week and whenever, wherever I feel like it...which can include more than 3 times a day...can you keep up with me there? 3.Tucker is good with female animals, its the males he likes to get aggressive with. But we're in training to fix that. 4."good" beer is either imported or home brewed.period.I can make my own Amaretto Sours if someone provides the Amaretto.I dont do marguritas anymore after a BAD run-in with SM1's Margurita Monday @ WFFC 03...ask anyone there who witnessed it.I was miserable! But I'll make up for the lack of tequila in my life with lots of rum. 5. no changes there, you still have to keep up with the crazy moody me! 6. agent_lead,you're SOL b/c I like my nips pierced as well as my other piercings...one in each ear and one in da hood. And ofcourse my tats. and as for other requests: *7. no I will not relocate from my lovely country of TEXAS!But I would LOVE to travel. *8. you can mow your own dang lawn.and while we're talking about "mowing" all I have to say is:"Its more fun on the playground if theres less grass to wade through" *9.No one has ever complained about my gag reflexes yet. *10. screw the boat...I have a truck! "...just an earthbound misfit, I."

"...just an earthbound misfit, I."
  11. LMAO! I dont know.I guess everyone is too busy with their own lives. But I am taking applications! Must be: 1.Willing to take me to the DZ and/or boogie(s) with him (even if I dont jump anymore...I still like to party with other skydivers.) 2.Want lots of good sex (its been awhile ) 3.Must love my German Shepard,Tucker 4.Willing to buy me good beer and make good Amaretto Sours 5.able to keep up with my crazy life/moodswings/cravings etc. 6.able to enjoy or put up with my tattoos and piercings...I have 5 of each.you guess where I guess thats too much to ask for... 13. Thats great! I hope you get her.Boxers are so much fun.We have one,Gypsy, and I just adopted a playmate for her: a German Shepard,Tucker. I only had to drive 2 hours each way to get Tucker, but he was so worth it.I'm sure your new addition will be too!*fingers crossed for ya*
  14. I've looked back 3 generations and I dont see any"SchH"s or "VPG"s, but there are several "GER"s and "SZ"s and "NHSB"...whatever all that means.I know that "GER" is the country,Germany, that several of his ancestors where whelped/bred but as for the rest,I'm clueless.Plus none of these abbreviations are in the lists on the back of his pedigree. I'm not used to having such a papered dog.I just thought I was doing a rescue.I didnt know he had any papers at all let alone that he was transported here from out of the US until I went to pick him up.I just wanted a German Shepard, papers or no papers, and since they gave him to me for free I figured he wasnt registered.Boy was I shocked when they told me his background!Hes AKC registered as "Carlomonte's Gentle Thunder"...stupid name but oh well,Tucker suits him fine. Why do you ask? what do those abbreviations stand for?Feel free to PM me so we dont get this thread off track.
  15. Bostons are great, but you have to have alot of energy to keep up with them b/c they're very hyper energetic dogs.I had one for 3yrs and she was very smart and devious and SO full of energy. When she'd go into a running spell it was like indoor NASCAR with her running around all the furniture. They are smart and very loving and good for a small space like an apartment. But, she was always partial to my husband so I transferred her papers to him in the divorce. Now I'm back home and just got a German Shepard,Tucker, last week and hes adorable, smart, funny and very loving. His previous owners flew him here from across seas to the US and his pedigree is all in German!I was shocked that they gave up such a great (and very expensive) dog for free. But it turns out their son is ill and they just couldnt take care of him b/c they didnt have time.I drove over 200miles each way to pick him up though and he is well worth it.Hes trained and has become my protective buddy...not to mention the only man in my life now We also have a Boxer, which I've always loved and grew up with when I was younger.Gypsy is a big ol happy lap dog! Pics attached. The first is Tucker and the second is Gypsy.
  16. As someone who is getting a new dog (tomorrow)I vote rescue.I found Tucker via a German Shepard rescue society and I'm very excited to have him as a part of my family.I cant wait to pick him up tomorrow.Although I have disagreements with puppy mills and pet shops I do not have a problem with breed-specific rescue societies and the local humane society/shelters. "...just an earthbound misfit, I."
  17. He has been trained in the basic commands and leash training, but they said he needs a bit more work on the leash and thats about it.I'm not too worried about that though b/c we live on 80 acres and he and my mom's Boxer are going to have the run of the place. As long as we can train him not to chase the horses we're good.
  18. LOL! yeah it will. But ya know, I've been in a good mood for several weeks now even though I'm going through a divorce.I'm back in school, graduating in Dec. with my AA in Criminal Justice and then starting my BA at TX A&M Commerce in the spring(...or I might go through the Police Academy depending on how much I get in shape between now and then.)I've joined a gym, lost 5lbs in 1 week and things have just really fallen into place for me lately. So yeah, I'm in a damn good mood. "...just an earthbound misfit, I."
  19. She stayed with my husband when we decided to divorce. "...just an earthbound misfit, I."
  20. I just got off the phone with a very nice family who have to give up their dog,Tucker, a beautiful 3yr old German Shepard. The only problem is I have to drive 2+hrs to College Station to get him.But hes registered and has a great pedigree (not that I really care about that kinda thing) and they're just trying to give him away to a good home, which I think we have.
  21. LOL! yeah it does. But I've been to the gym 3 days in a row now and will probably go again tomorrow.I feel great!Too bad they're closed on the weekend (WTF?).I'll just have to walk down and back up my driveway, which is 1/2 a mile long each way.Thats one advantage to living in the country on 80 acres, you have your own built in gravel track to run/walk on. "...just an earthbound misfit, I."
  22. I joined a gym today and did my first full body workout.Whew I'm out of shape! So count me in!

    Amaretto

Amaretto di Amore is good (and cheap for a college student's budget LOL) but Disaronno is good stuff.Plus I think the di Amore is only like 42 proof whereas the Disaronno is about 56 proof. damn you now I need an Amaretto Sour! time to hit the liquor store! "...just an earthbound misfit, I."
