im sure you can find a place in cali that offers a package deal for at least your aff jumps. its more money to save up front, but in the long run it will save you a bunch. the dropzone i got certified at even offers an entire a license package (which is 25 jumps including aff) for $1800. if you are really interested in getting certified then you might want to check into finding something like that on the west coast.
