Well, I don't know about Hydroxycut, but I am currently taking Stacker 3.. It does have ephedra and it does have Chitosan.. Probably not the best for me... What I feel that is does for me is to keep me feeling like staying active... I feel more like staying awake and moving around instead of taking a rest... I figure if I stay more active, I can keep the weight under control a little better. Again, the Stacker is just a crutch, but I seem to feel better taking them and tend not to eat as much. I also have a problem keeping my weight down... I am 5' 10" and weigh about 166 pounds... My current goal is 17% BODY FAT... Even body mass can 'show' you are overweight, but body fat is a good measure of health. I am currently at 18% body fat, which is at the healthy/athletic range... I would like 17% to put me into the "fitness" range, but I seem to be on a plateau. I just know where I am now is waaaaay better than 5' 10" and 230 pounds like I was before... So, if you are working real hard, take a look into your body fat. I also don't want to say that any stimulants will help. I just wanted to note that I do take the diet supplements... Not in over abundance, but less than the recommended dose (twice a day, five days a week sometimes). Once the plane takes off, you're gonna have to land - Might as well jump out!!
