  1. Hey Baxter are the blue body panels parapac instead of the breathable fabric Tony uses there?
  2. How many guys actually use it? I've seen a few here mostly at tandem mills. Is the added ackwardness worth the protection?
  3. Anything with a reasonable dual core processor should be able to produce decent videos in a reasonable fine. Scott Sony lists recommended requirements as 2.8 ghz processor for AVCHD. Sounds like this will tax some laptop based systems. I wonder what our multi platform DSE has to say about using sony/vista/bootcamp on a macbook pro @2.4 ghz specifically?
  4. Mud bug is the talented backflyer you are the champion ass-docker of the texas squadron
  5. Normally, your troll-fu is impressive... .. Troll- fu or troll-shwaey?
  6. And for those of you that don't know me as the fuck I am ............ I do this for fun its the god damn internet for fuck sakes - I mean no harm (well maybe just a little) I am just making most of you laugh The ones that take me serious need to lighten up ALOT! Jason, that piss poor attitude doesn't fly well with the "new" unified community for winged flight sport dominance brotherhood. I does however jive well with a forum of personal ego trips, infighting and brand wars which we are just a few posts away from so your timing is off my friend.
  7. nope, not at all. I'm gettin nuthin out of this. I think you are getting some good karma out of it at the very least! And some incriminating photographs of a complete stranger in compromizing positions.......whether she wants them or not.
  8. But "Father Glenn" is my fave. "Friar Glenn Flies like an Angel in a Tonysuit! Pray for yours today!" That'll sell a LOT of Tonysuits. Its my favorite also= bless you Douglas.
  9. In that 6 years I have known him I have never seen him, or heard of him actually jump a wingsuit. He doesn't even own one. This is your biggest indicator. And believe it or not there are guys on the list that don't own a single wingsuit. If you're planning on training it should be with someone who is out there flying regularly, organizing regularly and who owns or has full time access to several suits of different classification and first hand knowledge of those suits. There are guys on the lists that have a suit, theirs. A high performance suit unsuitable to borrow for first flights. They never/rarely fly with others. There are plenty of good quality mentors/well known respected instructors. That will take you through the process from the start. Who have loaner suits in various sizes. More importantly who are out not just boring holes in the sky but can train you, organize you into a rewarding and educational group setting shortly there after. Most likely on any given weekend they can provide video for you to salivate over of how they do it all the time. Don't waste your time with anybody else.
  10. Girl I'll take incriminating pics just for you to post on facebook or .......penthouse letters. Where do you want them sent.
  11. Express traditionally has most of the cool features of pro and the keyframes method is available to adjust audio. The big drawback of express vs pro is that it doesn't import and export and share with 3rd party programs in all of the various formats as pro does. You really need reference resources ( books, tutorials, classes) to see what all FCE does that the manual doesn't even cover. Someone familair with pro would have an easier time using express than someone with an express manual alone.
  12. I can't its blocked at work, If I'm going to circumvent corporate IT protocals at work I won't waste it on facebook. Some real skanky porn I might do it for not the book. And when I'm not at work I'm too busy living to be on any book, zone, dot-com. skanky porn comes in real good at home and doesn't piss off the IT director.
  13. I bet a skinny jumper with a old BM GTI will outfly an fat PhantomII flyer Probably not if the Fat Phantom flyer has more than a few seasons of wingsuit experience. I'm getting drunk too.
  14. ha, you may want to save it for your soon-to-be state tax hikes. we all know selling your body wont make you any money. BTW i'm Chicago, no coast I'll chip in a few bucks to make sure you are on the east coast team at the next paintball rally. Texas teams aren't allowed cuz they like to chew the paintballs.
  15. Airlocks are only needed for acrobatic suits to lock the opening on the upper surface and serve no purpose on regular suits. A few years ago I would have agreed with that but after flying suits with simple locks that are made of materials lending to increased torsional cell stiffness and the locks effectivness, I'm going to disagree.
  16. Gravity is your engine- extra body fat is your afterburner. You go right ahead and believe a fat guy can fly farther then a lighter fit guy...... Afterburner isn't about farther, its a fuel sucker thats all about faster. BUT Not fat per say but I have flown further than much lighter much more fitter, younger, leaner, stronger and taller guys on occasion.
  17. on the other hand, if we are that worried about the little bit of drag our helmets/heads make, maybe we should worry about better diets for less body fat. (this is were the fat americans jokes can start ) Gravity is your engine- extra body fat is your afterburner.
  18. If he was a real ninja he would have sewn it to his wingsuit instead of his harness yoke.
  19. What if she is in line at Mcdonalds acting like a gangster pimp wanna be? Just be sure to bribe the children witnesses with ice cream to keep quite and make sure they understand it is never ok to hit a girl. Then it would be oK!
  20. you know some wingsuit comedian will put it on backwards for giggles.
  21. The airflow should be much smoother over the back and of course - it will give you extra performance. Especially when you fly fast of very fast. Have you any video of tuft testing?
  22. Some of todays designs blurr the difference with semi inflated legs and torso.
