Combine cranberry sauce and brown sugar in a small bowl. Line a 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan with aluminum foil. Cover bottom of pan with sauce. In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Mix well. Place in pan. Bake for 2 hours. Let cool for 15 minutes. Carefully turn loaf out onto a serving platter. Drizzle pan juice over meat loaf the serve.
