Surprisingly so. It has crazy power so if I don't put something, like my gear bag, behind me I will slide back on the seat and then it is uncomfortable because I have to hand on so tightly. I wouldn't run 150 miles without stopping but then again, it would run out of gas by then. I tried scuba diving on a Jamacian vacation. Didn't like it one bit. Honestly. in the pool in three feet of water, I felt like somebody was standing on my chest while I was trying to breath. I told the instructor that I wasn't interested in being 20-30' down and freaking out. He tried to talk me into continuing the course and I said "NO." It just wasn't for me.
