Last month at a small boogie in KS we loaded an old rig with one and dropped it in the middle of nowhere from 2K and watched it fire and deploy. The Cyprus was 4 months out of date. Not only was it educational, but fun as well. It basically has no worth other than a paper weight, so if it an be done safely, why not see how beneficial an AAD can bee. What do you do with larger chutes that have dual steering lines where the inside line is a single and longer? When I wrap the tail it tends to come around the side and this concerns me in regards to a line over. I haven't jumped it yet for that reason. It's a gift, I don't try to explain it.

This is on a little different note but still in regards to packing a Sabre.I recently acquired an older but in great condition Sabre which has a duel brake/steering line set. The outer line cascades into the outer three lines with the inner line being single. The problem I'm facing is that the inner line is longer and when I wrap the tail it comes around the side and concerns me that it will cause a malfunction.
