  1. that was so cute, no lobster is not sun burnt, although most british do go a little that way on 'vacation'. She is your lobster, your long term love and you will go with noone else!
  2. Thats so cute, hey she is your lobster! (friends fans..)
  3. ....just want to know how rare or not this is??!
  4. full time skankie hoe, or so my friends would call me! Degree in Nursing or 'bed bathing' as some of my friends also say! also a bum at the DZ on weekends and total piss head in between!
  5. hey i had a great time no matter what...stilll had my carl's junior milkshake and got a new visor for my helmet....and saw all of you guys!! what more could a girl want! worth every mile of that 6000 mile flight!! haha But the formation itself had some great parts to it, the stadium looked very pretty, the base had a great exit and flew very well, and the wackers on the base built great. All was looking good until.... der der der! get ready for it....haha hell sometimes it just doesnt happen as we would like to have... but everyone landed safely (some on evern pretty white canopies ) and everyone had a good cold beer and giggle afterwards... Thanks everyone for some wicked memories xx
  6. hahaha...oh man it was the scariest moments in my life Rosa!! Thanks honey...home safe....phew! xxxxxx
  7. Oh Lisa you are adorable!! Pm has been sent! Seriously guys.... please calm the fuck down!! I have asked several times for lifts from and to places and im still alive!!!! hahaha Oh my lord, some of you really need to take a chill pill! Jesus im on vacation to Perris and i feel like i should go cry in the corner of the room cos i dare to put my life at risk to ask a question!! I have travelled all over the world, and put my life at danger im sure many times but yet the my judgement and the fact im not stupid im sure has kept me alive!! So....is everyone calm now???? No more dramatic comments of how im going to end up in the boot of someone car cut up in 5 pieces.....nope? good!
  8. Hi, Am i asking kindly just incase someone is around LAX on thursday to give me a lift down to Perris DZ? I fly in at 1pm so prob out the gate by about 2.15pm ish... I will of course offer gas and beer!
  9. yes i agree with what your saying, However! which leads me straight off the point, you say you wouldnt sponsor people for skydiving as it is so enjoyable (
  10. sorry Ripple you have read my text all wrong!! Im not saying people wont get injured cos that just silly, im saying is that a whuffo is spilling off this and that which says to potential tandems, dont do it cos your wasting NHS money which is just wrong!! I think getting charity money through a tandem is a lovely way to do things and im all for it. I think saying that there is more old people and motorcylists is also a little off my point. The comparison this person said is that there is more money being spent on fixing people after a tandem than there is raising money for charity, I was merely pointing out a far more waste of money ie with old folk or motorcylists! (not saying its their fault) I think i just hate reading such rubbish, it annoys me! Ripple: Also you do understand there is like 20 odd drop zones in the Uk, some doing 100 tandems a weekend or more so that would equal maybe 2000 tandems being done every weekend??!! Figure that against how much the NHS spends on fixing people??
  11. i agree there is more ways than just raising the money and giving half of it to the jump itself. No im well in agreement here, he is a stupid retard! I think the moral of my point is that if 'whuffo's' are putting into google sponsor a skydive or something similar they are getting advice from a nob like that basically saying your going to injure yourself !! Maybe we can email that sites loads to get it removed as it has no truth to that matter! Have you never gone to a marathon before and seen just how many volunteers and medical staff waiting on the side lines in case someone faints etc?? you dont see that when you do a tandem!! Plus i have worked for the NHS for 6 years now and not seen one skydiving related accident! I do see old people and motorcylists costing the NHS more money! (sorry to bike riders!) i get annoyed that a whuffo can get away with being so wrong in so many ways and i would hate to think people would be put off giving to charity! I hate finding things like this... grrr!!
  12. http://www.intelligentgiving.com/the_buzz/the_blog/do_not_sponsor_charity_skydivers I was looking through possible sponsorship ideas and came across this! Sorry if it has already been posted but this kinda sucks! Dont know where this guy gets his facts from....but netherless my google search was 'sponsor a skydive' and i got this on the second search result!
  13. thats because i lost table football and you made me fun around with my top over my head in the middle of the pub!!
