  1. I should know, I've been called all of the above Lets get the terminology right.
  2. That was bad. I thought you were such a good girl too. I almost called my son in to watch it - ooops.
  3. Technically , I believe the word is supposed to be snoot (a woman who sleeps with men for jump tickets). Or Dropzone Whore is often used (a woman who sleeps with men for money for jump tickets). But DZ Slut has a nice ring to it. It implies she wants nothing but pleasure in return and buys her own damn jump tickets. ....not that there's anything wrong with that....

    The crapper

Of course I was bored too. I opened and read a thread titled "The Crapper" on a Dropzone Forum. That says it all. And I continue to read it?

    The crapper

Ok, the suspense is killing me. Do tell - It's one of those days! Don't ask me, I have no Idea why I want to know this.
  6. Sweetheart, Ive been called much worse Im sure. Your friends know the truth and the rest really don't matter anyway. Hey, what do you call a cool skydiver chick whose had more than one boyfriend at the Drop Zone? xoxoxo
  7. I am planning on going to the PIA. I haven't finalized those plans yet, but it's a pretty sure thing. I wasn't really thinking of it as a skydiving trip though, didn't plan on taking my rig. Since it's my FIRST TIME I was under the impression that seminars and speeches would take up most of my time there.
  8. Guess that means you'll be practicing very hard this year. Don't chalk this up to "No Way" apparently you are alot better than you think you are. When's the party damn it?
  9. Good job and glad your OK. My first Mal was the exact same thing. Tight line twists past my riser. So tight they pinned my head down. Be careful shipping that bottle to Colorado. You want it to get there in one piece. You Jumped, You Lived. Nice Job.
  10. Im never really falling in my dreams, Im kinda floating slowly. Once I dreamed I went to throw my pilot chute and It got caught on my purse (??) so I told another jumper in freefall, "here, hold my purse while I pull".
  11. One time at band camp... This girl who had a tree landing came dressed as a tree with little toy skydivers stuck all over her. That was hilarious.
  12. Eye contact is very very important during the entire skydive. Practice this in the dirt dive too, because "if you do it on the ground, you'll do it in the air". Tell your buddies to maintain eye contact for you, even if they don't think it's necessary for them. I'd bet money you'll have better exits if you do. I find it Odd that your post in Safety and Training got more responses than this post in Relative Work (even after it was suggested that you would get more answers here). Im wondering if we aren't helping people enough in this forum. You got some good replies on the S&T forum though. Hope all was helpful.

    10 way

My home boys took 4th. Texxians from Spaceland. Not bad considering they don't practice 10 way. Congrats to all!
  14. I tried a 190, 170 and 135 (that was scary) before my 150 came in. I don't remember it being scary. It was more like the Goldy Loxs "this one is just right!"
  15. I'll bet you are! Extremely proud! So, you throwing the boys a party Gem? I still wanna know, WHENS THE PARTY?? Maybe we should get them "we suck least" t-shirts , or better yet, "we suck least" pies. Yeah ...
  16. Hey Guys, that's awesome! Congrats! You make me proud of Spaceland and I truely Thank You for working hard on your skydives among everything else you do. I think Gold Medal is occasion for a big party. Steve, when's the party?
  17. Way to go guys! That's Amazing! You guys rock and make me feel really proud of our DZ!
  18. I was your weight when I started jumping, . Student Status I jumped a 210. I was advised to start with a 150. I put 200 jumps on the 150 before I thought of downsizing. Things I would consider: How often do you plan on jumping? Are you an every weekend at the DZ jumper or a once or twice a month jumper. I would be conservative if I knew I wouldn't always be current. Also, if you are going to be wearing a weight belt , don't forget to add that to your wing loading calculations. Its the curse of the small body mass.
  19. Im fixing to get an Oxygen too, but I've had some friends have problems with the protrack on the outside of their helmet. Even with extra bungy straps it can still be kicked or bumped. I'd rather have my protrack on the inside of my helmet, since Im not the kind of jumper who checks it or resets it alot during the day. Have any solutions for that with the A3?
  20. Well, adding a third person for a drill dive would help see which two were flying together and maybe give you a little back up to confront your friend. Have you flat out said "I was chasing you" or "lets both try a little more legs out on this next one". Maybe a different dive would help. There's some good two way drill dives in the RW forum-look at older topics.

    20 way

Ahh, name fits. Your teams coming to the 20 way meet to "bring some unpleasent people to visit .." and inflict pain in your competition. Turkey Doctors...I get it now. Priceless.
  22. Girls Night means Jenn gets to go , Larry - sorry ! TG is right on this one. Yes, you are A BOYFRIEND and that excludes you from traditional Girls Night Activities. What happens at girls night.....stays at girls night. Cat, Im with ya girlfriend-it's not how you skydive, it's how you look on video!
  23. That's and infamous If I ever read one!
  24. So , I guess now Im gonna have to sew Hot Pink binding tap on my Leadbelly. So I can be cool Like cat and TG.
