Some reports are saying the video of the speech shows Paul using quotation marks in the air during the speech. The rules for attribution are different for speaking than writing anyway. I remember a class I had where we had to run all of our papers through a program that looked for plagiarism. Most papers even without quotes came back about 20% according to the program. Papers with heavy quotations were often much higher. This is much ado about nothing.... Aw crap, I guess I should reference that. Or you might be calling for my head on a pike...
