A few years ago i was in bad financial shape and sold my main & reserve, but kept my container. It's far easier to replace canopies than a well fitting container. I have a coworker who claims the chiropractor's weekly 'crackings' have made her migraines go away. I've personally never been to a chiropractor, but i'm glad my coworker feels better.

Yeah, i'm a little late, but didnt notice this thread til now. *hugs* There's nothing i can do to make the pain go away but i'll always be here if ya need to talk. And to everyone that assumed saying goodbye meant dumping a guy from 1000 miles away - we'll you're wrong. One of Val's very good guy friends was riding his bike and got hit by a car. He is now brain dead, so there is zero chance of recovery. His family made the decision to take him off life support which means he will pass away any day now. Due to him being 1000 miles away and not knowing exactly when he'll die, it is impossible for Val to go be by his side. Yay, the fitness thread is back!! So far this week - Monday i did the treadmill and upper body/weights. Tuesday i went to CardioJam - it's a mix of kickboxing and weight training. Wednesday i don't work out cause of my college class Thursday i did Cardio Blast - i love this class!! It's 12 stations of circuit type training. Mixed with stretches and yoga/pilates. Friday - 45 min on the treadmill - no weight training cause i have a pulled muscle in my arm. Now that i'm taking the free classes at my gym again, i'm more pumped to work out everyday.
