As far as I know, there will be a red nightie evening. Well as expected Skyfest ruined my diet and workouts, but I got right back into healthy eating and working out the moment I got back. I've even been resisting the mini Snicker bars in my cube all day and I only had one yesterday. Before Skyfest I was eating about 4 a day. Did step and abs yesterday, turbo kickboxing tonight and a Hip Hop class planned for tomorrow!

Well I since I don't remember meeting either of you I guess I will never know.

He never shot me... but some guy did come shoot me when I was in the USPA tent. That felt great!

So I got in my car this morning and there was a piece of a pink boa stuck to my jacket. Still miss ya Shannon.
