Going through rough times is one thing, being to the point of suicide, is completely a different animal. If you'd have asked me 3yrs ago, I'd have agreed with you. Not anymore I would guess most people don't, who reach that point. NEVER GIVE UP!

When I did mine, speed was 40 mph. I had to crawl out the window as we went down the highway because it was too far to ride it on top. Forward momentum was a lot more than I thought it would be! Height 140ft can see it here on the trailer http://www.idratherfly.com/Pages/idratherflypages/Trailer.html NEVER GIVE UP!

Been there Water was about the same temp. I landed maybe 30 meters from the edge. I considered myself a fairly strong swimmer. I was amazed at how fast my body began to shut down! If not for my ground crew throwing me a life line, and dragging me out, don't think I would have been able to make it to shore NEVER GIVE UP!

The same sort of thing happened to a jumper in Quebec. D-Bag not tied off, inexperienced person dropped it. He went in from 360 canopy still in the D-Bag. Lucky for him it was in the middle of the winter, he landed in a snow drift. People up top thought he was dead, and called 911. All he broke was his ankle. Put a ton of heat on a very sweet object, when he spoke to the media. NEVER GIVE UP!
