  1. as soon as I buy it, a 72 mpixel will come out and it will only cost $22,000 dollars. how good can photos be? I love my results with a rebel xt at 8mp. at 39 megapixels what happens? photos become 3-Dimensional? or am I going to sell billboards to my tandem students. still, I would like to try it for a few jumps. 2. speedy, you certainly are a master of customer service. I could do it. one big shoebox full of tapes turns into two shoeboxes and then three. I would have to say, I have it, but I can't find it. 200-300 tapes only 50 labeled. I would then invite them out for a new video of their second tandem at 02 prices. stay safe, jimoke The ground always, remembers where you are!
  3. I agree using a stroboframe or a GM, does make a potential hazard. I personally use a front mount. which still has potential snag points as well. but, I also use a lot of gaffers tape layered to eliminate as much as I can, lets face it no helmet is snag-proof, but some helmets i have seen look like they are an accident waiting to happen. my observation of his setup was not even on his helmet. just my 2 cents Stay Safe Jimoke The ground always, remembers where you are!

  6. I am not sure how you are mounting this to your helmet. I always look for snag hazards. I am not saying you have one, but the possiblity exists. I photoshopped yor photo to reflect my thoughts. Stay safe, jimoke The ground always, remembers where you are!

  11. when a flyer is also responsible for editing their own videos, looking at 10-12 videos to edit at the end of a good days jumping. it becomes a lot of work. if you enjoy doing it, not so bad. every min. counts. linear editing is for speed. non-linear is for quality, but very time consuming. 17. some people need wingsuits to fly with the rest of the puny humans. I am above 260lbs. exit weight. for some of us anvils, it really is an important piece of equipment. I can't understand the concept of a weight vest. plus or minus a few lbs. of lead? try being 60 to 100lbs. heavier than most other skydivers. it is challenging, try doing hot 4way while wearing a sigma. I'm not Fat.......i'm big boned. as for a relative newbie flying a camera suit. please relalize it takes several hundred jumps to learn to fly a wingsuit of any kind. i have seen a lot of newbs learning to fly birdsuits, which are much more restrictive. I have primarily jumped a camera suit since 164 jumps. don't feel like because you are flying a camera suit that you should complicate things and have to wear a camera too. concentrate on learning to fly your wingsuit. it will take a while before you actually learn how. please seek proper advice from your local cameradude. how to safely wear a camera suit. EP's and deployment procedures. I also have Ouragans first camera suit made. it was very expensive, but very worth it. very well made. Stay Safe, JimOke The ground always, remembers where you are!
