  3. Yeah, I need to get you the other two. Actually around here in the office, we have all of them I think, and I have heard Upcountry was pretty damn slow. I just kinda like the John Corey obnoxious cop character. -- All the flaming and trolls of wreck dot with a pretty GUI.

  5. Mmm...brats. Nice. We have some Dusseldorf style mustard in the fridge at work from the last time we grill on the dock. Man....beer brats are the best ever. I think the food comments have taken over. When I was a kid, I used to take slices of meatloaf and make a puddle of ketchup, heinz 57, and mustard on the edge of the plate and alternate. Mustard and meatlof sandwiches are also awesome. -- All the flaming and trolls of wreck dot with a pretty GUI.
  6. Anyone else read Nelson Demille, particularly the John Corey series: Plum Island, Lion's Game, and Nightfall. Pretty dang good....now I am annoyed there are no more. -- All the flaming and trolls of wreck dot with a pretty GUI.
  7. Ever been to Don Quixote's? Pretty decent Spanish food when I was there. Another awesome Thai place, down in chinatown, but I cannot remember the name...dmanit -- All the flaming and trolls of wreck dot with a pretty GUI.

  9. Same here in Arlington. But in Dallas the outlawed 'panhadling' you will get busted on any major intersection. And you are right there was a study on some guy that lived in plano and made close to 6 figures doing it. And how did you get her panties? -- All the flaming and trolls of wreck dot with a pretty GUI.
  10. yeah, actually his concert schedule is pretty flaky, I kind of just check his website and I happened to catch this one. He opened for ZZ Top last year, so did not tour at all on his own. He is Houston tomorrow night. San Antonio the night after. http://www.ticketmaster.com/event/0C003A57E92A9F8C?artistid=748509&majorcatid=10001&minorcatid=4 -- All the flaming and trolls of wreck dot with a pretty GUI.

  13. Don't you do any real work girl? Lumberg is gonna make you work on Saturday, I just know it. I have only seen him once, but it was at Caravan of Dreams in Ft. Worth, small tight venue...I was deaf, but it rocked. He played a set for about 3 hours. Absolutely amazing guitar work. -- All the flaming and trolls of wreck dot with a pretty GUI.
  14. Well, I had no idea it had good stuff like this in it. I thought it was about how to fly. If that is the case, I am ordering a copy. -- All the flaming and trolls of wreck dot with a pretty GUI.

  18. I too have longed for this. The desire is immense and shared by a jumper buddy Laing. For years we have lusted for a midget freeflyer. The kind of head down potential in any attitude is immense. Beyond that there is a whole business model for a midget dz. You put a rack or net in the plane, and carry twice as many jumpers to altitude. Of course you charge the same, you must to be fair. This desire has led us to almost kidnap midgets several times at local malls for this purpose, but we refrained. But it is safe to say we would both pay as much to jump with a midget as for any specialty aircraft. For your enjoyment I have added a few attachment. marginally NSFW. -- All the flaming and trolls of wreck dot with a pretty GUI.
  19. Nah, I agree with you. Don't care for ketchup much. burgers need mustard and mayo, same for fires usually. Although heinz 57 and mustard are good on meatloaf too. -- All the flaming and trolls of wreck dot with a pretty GUI.
  20. I hear you Chris For those not running RAID, think about it, most new mobos support SATA RAID. And if you don't do that, do this: One HD for your system, you don't need more than 40GB. Use if for your O/S and all programs. Make a 10GB partition on the same drive and use it for you page and swap files. You can config windows to put them wherever you want. One HD for 'media'....video, pics, music, etc. All the big stuff. I would say at least a 120GB. Second HD, same as above, and regular make a copy, or a ghost of your media drive. On Top of that, backup really important stuff to DVD. I almost lost a HD once, and that once was all it took. It was the 120 above with all my stuff. Years of harvesting the net almost gone. Thankfully, it was a win2k drive. I put it in an XP box and low and behold, XP's disk utils fixed it when 2k's wouldn't. -- All the flaming and trolls of wreck dot with a pretty GUI.
  21. Oh yeah, You guys got somethin' to say to me? Why don't you say it in the microphone. I got a backup mike right here. Check one two, testing, testing. Yup, they both working and guess what? they don't like no feed back, what's up? Well, some of us will always dig rock ballads and hair bands. My veritas install is done...thanks to 2 of you for support anyway. I will now go rock out on my way home. -- All the flaming and trolls of wreck dot with a pretty GUI.
  22. What would your greek midget boyfriend think? And he could probably kick my ass. But, see I ran out of Meatloaf MP3s, on to Bon Joni now since I jacked up the service account login, and had to reinstall. -- All the flaming and trolls of wreck dot with a pretty GUI.
  23. Well see, I like meatloaf too. BUT ambiguity leads to more thread views. More importantly, I am all alone at work, and had to discuss with someone. Noone else here to discuss rock ballads with.... -- All the flaming and trolls of wreck dot with a pretty GUI.

  25. I am hanging out at work, after hours, eating leftover catered bar b q, and jamming out to Meatloaf turned up while installing Veritas Backup Exec. Man, does this guy rock? Along with Bon Jovi, some of the best rock ballads ever, don't you think? Come on, somone does right? -- All the flaming and trolls of wreck dot with a pretty GUI.
